Y/N POV
I awoke to the smell of what seemed to be breakfast. I started heading downstairs to the kitchen. Looking around, I spotted the burnette boy and looked over his shoulder to see him making what I assumed were omelets (Feel free to change this if you don't like it). I looked back at him and faintly smiled to myself. He's so thoughtful.
You walked over to him, a faint smile still glued onto your face. Stopping behind the boy, you quickly grabbed his shoulders and turned him around, the burnette jumping as he let out a small squeal in response.
"Jeez, Y/N! Don't do that, I almost had a heart attack!" He exclaimed, as he let out an exasperated sigh. You chuckled nervously as you rubbed the back of your neck.
"Haha...oops, sorry Karl."
He let out a small laugh through his nose and rolled his eyes, a playful grin spread across his face.
"It's fine Y/N, now let's eat some breakfast, yeah?" He said, as he pulled out the chair and motioned for you to sit in it, him pulling out his own chair and sitting down across from you. You smiled and nodded, making your way over to the table and seating yourself.
The two of you sat in silence as you ate, stealing glances at each other here and there. Karl then spoke up, breaking the silence.
"I have something I need to go do" he said, getting up and pushing his chair in.
"I won't be long, just stay here" He said, as he smiled apologetically and headed out the door.
You were a bit confused as to why he left so suddenly. What did he even have to do anyway? I mean- all he did was stream here and there and he stayed inside for the most part, unless he needed to go grocery shopping, but he already seemed pretty stocked up on food and beverages. I shrugged off the thought and walked into the living room, flopping down on the couch and putting on (Favorite TV show/Movie). Might as well do something to pass the time, you shrugged.
