Metro City-One, a city built in the center of a crappy planet we know as Zero, in other words, we call it 'home'. Hundreds of years ago, the United Nations have decided to colonize suitable homeworlds that is capable of sustaining life. Earth was kind of...destroyed and reduced to ashes. Like Zero, it was much more crappier to live in. After years of colonization, a civil war broke out. This war have destroyed most of the planets we knew. And by the end of year 2300s, the Earth Government was nothing compared before. Our connection with the Government has been cut off. A lot of humans died in the battle and the survivors were affected really badly. Humans who have survived gained powers. Some gained superhuman abilities. Many years passed, the reunion between fallen worlds have began. Soon, the remnants of the human government have built up another government that will lead the newly formed colony called 'The Risen Council.' The Risen Council's reign had been what they call the 'Golden Age'. But after another round of years, another war broke out. Nope, it's not between the government and rebels, but it was between peace and chaos, order and disorder, crime against police. And so, the Risen Council have decided to gather a group of conduits and survivors and called them, Heroes.
