Chapter 13| a start over

(A/N: y'all I was so anxious making this chapter because I know damn well Seungmin, Chan, AND Hyunjin have Wattpad😭 But I did it anyway)

•Y/N's pov•

The drive was nice and peaceful. I was starting to become more and more anxious on the way there. I already knew what I was going to say to him. I was going to give him a piece of my mind and talk about getting our friendship back. It was one o clock in the morning. Hyunjin has a messed up sleep schedule so he should be a wake right about now.

We pulled up to his apartment and Chan parked the car. He looked at me and unlocked my door. I turned towards him with a confused expression on my face. Chan smiled showing his dimples. "This is between you and Hyunjin. I'm going to stay in the car." Chan laughed taking his hands off of the steering wheel.

I looked ahead and gulped. I slowly made my way out the car and closed the door behind me. As I got closer to Hyunjin's door I could feel my self getting more and more anxious. I stood in front of the door basically staring it down. A few seconds pass and I finally knocked on the door.

•Hyunjin's pov•

I was sitting on my bed when i heard someone knocking on the door. Kkami starting barking and running towards the door. I groaned and got up. "Who could it be at this hour?" I opened the door and saw Y/N. My eyes widened as I pulled her into the house and quickly closed the door behind her. "What are you doing here?" I asked gripping her shoulders.

"I came to see you obviously! Are you seriously that dumb?" Y/N responded, taking my hands off of her shoulders. She kneeled down and started petting Kkami.

I scoffed and looked down at her. "Why? Don't you have better things to do? Like overworking yourself and not listening to common sense?" I asked sarcastically.

"Listen here, I came here so I can have a nice conversation with you. You don't have to be such a bitch about it." Y/N scoffed standing back up and crossing her arms. "You weren't even at the hospital with me so why should you care?"

"Pardon? I'm the one who took you to the damn hospital! I stayed with you as much as I could! The nurses had to kick me out every time I went there!"

"...what? I-I thought Jisung-"

"Well he's a liar."

Y/N looked at me in shock. She bit her lip and looked away. "I'm sorry..."

I looked at her and sighed. I walked over to the kitchen and got her a glass of water. I walked back over to her and handed it to her. Y/N hesitantly took the water and drank it. "Come. Sit down."

She nodded hesitantly and followed me over to the couch. We both sat down as she continued to drink the water. I leaned back on the couch so my head could hand g over the back of it. "Have you at least been taking care of yourself?" I asked glancing over at her direction. Y/N stop drinking her water and awkwardly laughed. I scoffed and pledged my hand on my forehead. "What am I going to do with you?"

Kkami ran over to the couch and jumped onto Y/N's lap. Y/N giggled and petted him. "...it's not the same without you. Felix and Minho and the ones that are heavily effect by your absence..." Y/N muttered, Kkami rolling over on his stomach so she could pet it. "Even I'm effected by it..."

I looked over at her in shock. I sat up stared at her. I began to laugh and ran my fingers through my hair. Y/N stared at me with a black expression and I stopped laughing. "W-wait...you're serious?" I asked her my face also becoming serious. She nodded her head and turned away from me with a pink tint spreading across her face.

Is she blushing?

"It's been really gloomy with out you...I can't focus on my work anymore. Han tries to cheer me up but nothing is working...it's almost like you're my inspiration to keep going..." Y/N muttered moving some hair out of her face.

The room was silent after that. I didn't know what to say. I was speechless. "Your...inspiration.?" I repeated my voice barely above a whisper. Y/N nodded her head, still not looking at me.

I kept staring at her for what seemed like ages. The atmosphere around us was thick. I began to lean in closer to her. She turned to face me and jumped a little. Our noses were touching and our lips were lightly touching. A few moments passed before our lips finally touched. I put my hand behind her head and placed my other hand on her waist. As I pulled Y/N in closer, I could feel kkami jump off of her. Y/N wrapped her arms around my neck and her legs around my waist. I grabbed her thighs and pulled her onto my lap. I lied Y/N onto the couch not breaking the kiss whatsoever, rubbing my tongue over her bottom lip. She opened her mouth for me and I immediately slipped my tongue into her mouth. Our tongues explored each other's mouths for a while until we pulled away trying to catch out breaths. I leaned down and began kissing Y/N's neck. I gently bit down and started sucking on it. A small whimper escaped from Y/N's lips. She opened her legs a little as I put my hand up under her shirt. My hands went up further and further until I heard Kkami bark.

Y/N and I looked at the dog and at each other. I immediately got up off of her and Y/N got off of the couch. "OkitwasniceseeingyouHyunjinbutihavetogonowbye!" Y/N stammered in English and walked out of my apartment.

Fuck...

•Y/N's pov•

I immediately walked out of Hyunjin's apartment and stood outside trying to get his mind wrapped around what just happened. I could hear my heart beating in my loudly in my chest. "What the actual fuck just happened?! I made out with my enemy!" I turned my head over to where Chan was parked. Thank god he was still there.

I ran over to the car and opened up the passenger door. Chan looked at me with his dimple smile. "So how was it?" I jumped up hearing Chan's voice.

"H-huh?! What are you talking about?! It was fine!" I stammered playing with my hair.

Chan gave me a confused look before starting the car. He drove out of the parking lot and started to drive back to the company.

I still can't believe that just happened....
