The next day, everyone prepared for the first test. Cole got up and after making sure Zane and Jay were okay, left to get ready for the test. Cole could hear people jeering at him and did his best to either smile or ignore them. As much as Cole wanted to yell and get into a fight with them, that would just make them believe they were right in treating him like a monster, and he didn't need that at the time, when he had to watch over his back for an evil nymph trying to take over Ninjago. Cole stared at his own medalion. He hadn't known it was a knight medalion till a few days ago, but he knew now. The prince and princess approached Cole, looking concerned for him. ¨Um, do you maybe know something about a long lost chosen one?¨ Nya asked nervously and Cole gave the siblings an unipressed expression. ¨I can't say I have, the boy said before turning and walking away. Cole didn't plan to give any information to Kai and Nya, as he didn't trust them. Kai and Nya just seemed too friendly to be realistic. Cole had had who he thought were friends. When he was 11, he had had who he thought was a good friend who didn't care he was a ghost. It turned out he was wrong. (Cole had spent the past few months with his three friends, Jay, Zane and Morro. When some boys had been tormenting Cole and threatening to pour water on him, they were soon blasted back by a jet of wind. Morro was a wind nymph who seemed to not care that Cole was a ghost. But then that happened. Cole had been trapped under a waterfall only to discover it was so called friend's doing. ¨How could you do this?!¨ Cole shouted and Morro simply smirked ¨you were foolish to believe anyone would care for a pathetic ghost like you.¨ Zane had found him and froze the water, and Morro took off after he had been shocked by a freaking out Jay.) After that incident, Cole didn't trust easily, and people who stuck up for him always seemed to betray him and his friends in the end. Cole was lost in his thoughts when he and another girl fell to the ground. ¨Sorry,¨ The girl said, helping him up. The girl was quite obviously a light fae, but she was beautiful. ¨What's your name? Mine is Vania." Cole felt unsure about this. He wanted to trust her, but didn't feel like he could, he had been hurt to many times. "My name is C..cole," The young ghost replied, ducking his head. Vania smiled softly, though she was a bit concerned. She could tell Cole didn't quite trust her, but she wanted to help him. "It's okay your a ghost," she said, "I don't care." "I've heard that before," the boy muttered softly." Vania felt bad when she heard this. "What happened?" She asked. "I don't want to talk about it, "Cole responded. But he felt something kind coming from this girl that he couldn't put his finger on, so he told her the story. Vania gasped out loud, hearing how someone played with this guys feelings like that. She simply didn't understand how someone could be so cruel, she couldn't comprehend it. After saying there goodbyes, they left for the first test. Cole singing softly to himself, thinking of all the people who treated he and his friends like garbage just because they were different.

Cole: You think I'm an ignorant savage

And you've been so many places I guess it must be so
But still I can not see
If the savage one is me
How can there be so much that you don't know?
You don't know

You think you own whatever land you land on
The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim
But I know every rock and tree and creature
Has a life, has a spirit, has a name

You think the only people who are people
Are the people who look and think like you
But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger
You'll learn things you never knew you never knew

Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon,
Or asked the grinning bobcat why he grinned?
Can you sing with all the voices of the mountains?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?
Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?

Come run the hidden pine trails of the forest
Come taste the sun sweet berries of the Earth
Come roll in all the riches all around you
And for once, never wonder what they're worth

The rainstorm and the river are my brothers
The heron and the otter are my friends
And we are all connected to each other
In a circle, in a hoop that never ends

How high does the sycamore grow?
If you cut it down, then you'll never know

And you'll never hear the wolf cry to the blue corn moon
For whether we are white or copper-skinned
We need to sing with all the voices of the mountains
We need to paint with all the colors of the wind

You can own the Earth and still
All you'll own is Earth until
You can paint with all the colors of the wind
