Ever since he was gone, Bruce lost all lack of... well, everything. Not just motivation.

The day he lost Thor was the day he lost apart of himself. The grieving alone was tough as is.

Bruce knew he will never be back to his normal self after hearing the news. He'll never forget that day. When an Asgardian broke it to him.

"His first priority was you." Lady Sif, one of the warriors, commented to Bruce.

With weeks gone past, the scientist isolated himself in the lab and drowned himself in all kinds of work.

Tony was worried for his friend. He was hurting by watching Bruce be mopey and in the blues.

One day in the lab, both geniuses were hard at work on the same project. Until the uplifting energy from Peter walked into the lab.

"Hi Mr. Stark, Dr. Banner." He greeted, "it's a nice night outside and I feel like you two were cramped inside. So, I just wanted to ask if you guys were up to watch the stars with me?"

Bruce froze right then and there. Feeling like he couldn't move or talk. Memories flooding.

Star gazing with Thor was their favorite activity together. Laying on the grass as Bruce listens to Thor ramble on about the stars and space.

But ever since.. Bruce would never look up at the night again. He couldn't bare too.

A part of him wanted to yell at Peter and kick him out, but knowing he's a kid.. the other half wanted to calmly decline the offer.

"Dr. Banner? Doc?" Peter tried to get his attention.

Bruce snapped out of his mind. He looked to the kid, "no, I can't. We have important work to do, so I'd have to politely ask you to go."

Peter felt like he got shot down. "Oh.. okay then. I wanted to cheer you up, that's all.." He soft said, walking out.

Tony turned towards Bruce, "you made the kid upset. What's your deal?"

"Forget about it. Let's just focus on this.." He referred to the current project.

"No. Bruce, apologize to the kid. You've been in greiving for too long. And I get it, you and Thor were the perfect couple. But understand that he was our friend too. We all grieved. I miss the guy, but you can't turn back time. Go apologize and spend time anywhere but inside the lab, I'll finish up the fifth test result tonight."

Bruce shot a glare at him. Seeing Tony with a dad look on his face. Wiping a tear he felt running down, he cleared his throat.

"Fine. But I'm not doing it for you." Bruce then pointed up, "for him." He said softly. "Just don't ever talk to me about grief. You have no idea."

Without a word from Tony, Bruce hung up his science coat and walked out. Approached and knocked on Peter's door.

The youngin answered, "yes?"

"Look, kid.. I'm sorry for my tone. I'm just messed up right now. And if you're still up for star gazing, I'd be happy to accompany you."

"Wait, really?" Peter smiled, "thank you, Dr. Banner." He hugged the scientist.

The two walked outside. Peter instantly rambled on about the most perfect spot for star gazing. To which Bruce's surprise, was the same spot Thor always took him to.

Just by the all too familiar scenery, Bruce sheded tears. Peter dropped down and started star gazing.

Meanwhile Bruce took a second to take everything in. The best memories he has.

The scienist sat down, resting his arms on his hugged in knees. He slowly panned up to the billions of stars.

Everything hit him by the second. The laughs and cuddles. Thor's nonsense rambling. The most perfect nights Bruce ever had.

"Are you okay, Dr. Banner?" Peter sat up and looked at a upset Bruce.

The scientist glanced to the kid, "Peter, did I ever tell you the best night I ever had?"

He shook his head. Bruce contuined, "it started when Thor took me on a date..."
