First of all, I would like to say Rip Cooper this should never happened to you. I am going to miss your smile, laugh, kindness, love for your friends and family, but most of all you. It seems so unreal you saved me and thank you for that. If only people knew that you were struggling. So all I ask is for you to watch over me and be my guardian angel? The one to tell me everything is okay while I am sleeping even if I am awake although I won't know that your right next to me I love you conditionally.

Now on a serious note just like Cooper I have been struggling as well for the past couple years. I've struggled with lots of loss in my family and I am not fully healed and won't be for awhile it takes time to heal and I heal differently from other people. Most of the deaths in my family is based off of car accidents, cancer, dementia, and alcohol so it really takes a toll on me.

If you are someone that is struggling please don't be afraid to reach out to someone you trust or me I'll be there to talk you through it especially in this though time things like this takes sometime to get over. Make sure to take a break if your mental health is back and don't be ashamed because of it take your time and heal I love you all
