Something New (Chifuyu x Fem Reader)

A Fight Incident

It's been a whole week since Chifuyu came over for dinner. I was hoping my family would stop with the whole Chifuyu talk but no, they were obsessed.

~A Few Day Earlier~

Mom was cooking pasta for dinner. I walked into the kitchen to grab a glass of water. I could see Mom glancing at me. I tried to ignore her but she spoke up:

"Hey hon, I was thinking you should invite Chifuyu over for dinner tonight." She was smiling.

"No Ma i'm not going to invite him over." I said taking my glass. 

"Doesn't he live alone though?" She basically asked again, "I thought we could have him over for dinner more often so he doesn't have to be alone all the time." I knew she just wanted to see him again. I sighed.

"I'll see if he would like to come over for dinner weekly." I said feeling defeated. Mom started to smile really big. "But he's not coming over tonight." Mom gave me a quick kiss on my cheek. 

~Present Day~

I still haven't talked to him about dinner. It's not that I don't want to have him over. I just don't like how my family overreacts when He gets brought up. I also don't like that they think we're dating. There was nothing we did to make them think we were dating. 

Today was the start of spring break. We all got out of school early. I finally don't have to worry about school for a week! We got out of school around lunch. Bella and I go to the same school but we arrive at different times and leave at different times. But today we got out together.

"Hey do you want to go get some ramen?" Bella asked, "I'm really hungry." I was hungry to so I agreed. We went to a small ramen shop Bella had been dying to try. We went inside and took a seat. The lady who was cooking are food was so sweet, she brought us some candies to snack on while we wait. 

Bella and I have always been close. We sometimes don't get to talk to each other much. Especially with me being bus with school. Bella also is busy, she helps dad with his small business. She also is apart of a club at school and helps run it. So I guess we are a busy family.

When are food came it smelled delicious. The broth was creamy and not to salty and combined with the noodles It was so amazing! "You weren't joking about this place being good." I said slurping my noodles. Bella grinned her mouth full of food. Bella has always been a foodie. She knows all the good places. All the good snacks. She always has a stash of food in her room. 

By the time we were finished, we were stuffed. The lady put so much food in are bowls. Bella payed for the bill and we left. It was really nice outside. There was a light breeze and it was cool out. I breathed in the smell of cherry blossoms blooming on the trees around us. My favorite time of the year.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. When I looked at it, Mom had texted me.

Mom- Is Bella with you? She's not answering her phone.

Me- Yea she's with me.

Mom- Can you tell her to come home she has a doctors appointment today.

Me- Sure.

Mom- Oh and can you grab me some lotion while you're still out?

Me- yeah.

"Hey Bella, Mom needs you home." Bellas face fell.

"Alright, I'll see you later then." Bella said. She gave me a quick hug than ran off. Time to go to the store. I signed.

It took me a few minutes to get the lotion. I checked out and left the store. It was two o'clock now and I was ready to get back home. But just as I was walking past an alley way, I spotted a young man getting beat up by some large men. Something seemed familiar about the boy so I hide around the corner. I heard the men say a few words before hearing footsteps moving towards the opposite direction. I peaked around the corner, there was only the familiar boy laying on the floor. Wait! Is that Chifuyu!? I took a few steps forwards and I immediately noticed his blonde undercut.
