✯Bowie Rogers was the type of person that everyone either wanted to be, or wanted to fuck. There was no in-between.
He was given a life that most would be envious of, with a house the size of a small mansion, and every new gadget to hand. This was without mentioning both his strength, and his brains. It made every single teenager envious, and couldn't have been prouder.
However, that didn't make high school easy; it would never be easy. Not for anyone. Especially as the whole of Hawkins knew the one thing that made him different. If anything went wrong, that was the first thing brought up, and then, swiftly, Bowie would punch them in the face.
There were so many aspects to life that the Rogers boy wasn't a fan of, but the worst was most definitely his friendship group. Due to his popularity, a while ago, he'd been bundled up with some people- but he knew they weren't the sort to hang about. Tommy H and Carol weren't the people Bowie wanted to be around, but then there was Steve.
The Rogers boy liked to believe that they would've become friends anyway, with or without the societal push, but he knew that was unlikely. Either way, that was the thing he was most grateful for. The Steve Harrington, the most popular guy in the entirety of Hawkins High School, and the widely-known adopted child Bowie Rogers was his best friend.
