Chapters 17 - Stay Down

Mandy's POV

"This is what he called off our wedding for, he wanted to run around wild" Jade said.

She haven't stop crying since I took her to the house.

Mystro called twice and she said she didn want to see him or talk to him.

"Calm down Jade remember you need to be strong for the baby" I said.

She got up from the bed a threw a photo of them in the garbage.

"I don't need to be strong because I'm not keeping his child, I don't want anything to do with him" She cried.

"He is not a bad person Jade, he just got caught up" I said.

"You're going to defend him because he is your brother and that's really unfair to me. I'm not going to let him hurt me and if I keep this baby, I will have to deal with him" She said.

I tried getting Mystro on the phone so he could hear her and maybe stop her but he was answering.

"I'm sorry you have to go through this Jade but if you change your mind you know you have my support, I would love if you have this baby" I said.

She walk back to the bed and sat down.

"Him just know the girl and breed her already?" She asked.

"Maybe she is trying to trap him too you might never know. She's getting nothing more than baby. He loves you, I know that" I said.

"I wish I could fire her" She said.

I laughed

"Well if you fire her you will sabotage me" I said.

She rested her head on the pillow.

"I know" She said.

I sat beside her to give her some comfort.

"You will be fine Jade, have your baby for you, Journey needs company because when she is at Garrick she doesn't want to leave Queen and Love, give her own company" I said.

"You know you should really consider doing counselling, you're good" She said.

"Nah, I just want to go through this pregnancy with you, you are my bestfriend and my sister for the rest of our lives, you better bring Jayden come"

"Jayden?" She asked.

"Yes, name him off you, this baby is yours" I said.

She flung her arms around me.

"I'm so blessed to have you, thank you for being here" She said.

"I'm not going anywhere either. So come let's go get something to eat and some Gatorade because that's the only thing you can keep down" I said.

I could tell she was still sad because she really want him around but it hurts too much right now.

Stacy's POV

I felt like I wanted to pass out when I walked into the salon. I quickly rushed to the bathroom and wash my face. I looked at my eyes in the mirror and they were swollen and red.

There was a knock on the door so I quickly wiped my face and open the door. It was Tricia.

"Come here I found something for you" She said.

She pulled me to office and put me to sit in front of her laptop.

She tapped the keys and the screen came a live with a picture of an empty lot.

"What this?" I asked.

She seemed really excited.

"I did some research and found out that this nice piece of property is own by Muir Industries, I bet they don't even know they have it. You can buy it from Mystro" Tricia said.
