The rays of sun shined down on the beautiful woman in the bed with her hair surrounding her like a halo. Her bright blue green eyes fluttered away as she sat up. Slowly she remembered what happened yesterday.
Rooster took her home making sure she was okay then waited until she fell asleep to leave for his dorm they gave the pilots. He wanted to stay with her as he watched the way her body twitches a couple of times. Along with the smile on her face as she snuggled into the covers.
She looked so... peaceful. Like she was finally calm from what happened. He took in everything about her from the time he knew her well. She has this blue spot in her one eye that reminds him if the ocean. The way she laughs at on of Phoenix's jokes. The way her eyes light up whenever flying was even mentioned.
However, in those eyes was something he couldn't read. He knew Maverick could read her eyes well. Before Maverick pulled his papers he told him the way her mother died. He understands why he didn't tell her about it because of what she might do about it. She would avenge her mother's death even if that meant her own.
He sees that in her eyes was wonder, determination, and leadership. But, then he saw a sense of sadness and loss. Rooster knows that her dad is going to be passing soon so he has tried his best to comfort her. Yet she just seems like she wants to not get close like they were.
He understands. He hurt her. He hurt her badly. The reason why she is so closed off is because of him. How she can turn off a switch in her head instantly. Rooster likes to call it Nike. When her other side comes out.
She is the most beautiful princess till the switch turns off and her comes Nike. The badass woman who doesn't give a shit. That is the woman he saw yesterday. To say the least he loves both sides wishing that the two of them would get closer.
Water runs over her body as she felt her muscles relax and she feels at ease. Just as she finished a knock could be heard on the door.
She threw on her white silk robe over her lacy bra and underwear. The knock came louder as she pulled out her gun from the drawer in her bathroom.
"Athena! It is me Hangman." His voice is muffled a bit due ti the door. Sighing she opened the door unblocking the door. "Listen I know I am not a person you want to see by any chance. I came her to apologize for what I said yesterday. I know it was over the line and I crossed it even more. I promise I will never do that again."
He blurted out as he finally looked at her. His eyes widened seeing the woman is a very crucial state. She was tied in a white silk robe that showed off her white lace bra. "Holy shit." Blushed crept on his face seeing her like this causing a fire to light up in his stomach.
"Shit, Athena I am so sorry. I- I will leave you to it. See you at the beach." He rushed before running back to his car blushing red and a fire light within him.

"Guys, I just saw a very drop dead gorgeous Athena. She looked good. " Hangman said to the group minus Rooster for a bit who was already at the beach. Rooster heard this as he walked behind him to meet with the group with a smirk on his face. "Oh really? What was she wearing? I FaceTimed her this morning before I left." Phoenix said to him. "She was wearing all white with this lacy white bra. God she is just perfect." Slowly remembering their run in.
"Well, you aren't wrong. Now we are just waiting for Nike herself." With that being said not even three minutes behind came a very frazzled Athena. Her face flushed as she meet eyes with the man in a mustache.
Many saw her wearing nothing but a bikini and a cover up in hand with a towel too. Many jaws dropped at her figure no one really fully seeing it. She looked like a goddess. Her curves and abs out for everyone to see.
"Oh my..." Bradley trailed off only for a football to be tossed at him.
"Alrighty now that everyone is here time to play a little game I call dogfight football. Everyone split up into two teams where everyone is playing offense and defense."
At the whistle, Hondo blew they were off into their respective huddles for strategizing. "Alright two people pick offense, two pick defense the rest just dogfight in the middle." Maverick said with the ball. Athena was both. Mav tossed her the ball behind him and she took it weaving through the others with elegance. TOUCHDOWN!!
Slowly everyone stripped to their suits getting sweaty as it was the hottest part of the day. Rooster stood in front of Athena ready to take her down with a smirk on his lips. "Ready to go down, boys?" Athena said to Rooster and Hangman that were drooling at her body. She mad both fall to the ground as she took them down before running to the endzone.
Athena moved her body to block off Hangman and Coyote from getting to the endzone. She pulled a running Hangman down with her ending up falling on top of him. "I always knew I would have you falling for me." He smirked at her.
Laughing she helped him up. "Come on Bagman. Show me what you got, Lieutenant." She smirked back at him as she ran to her spot. He watched as her body swayed. Phoenix saw the boys looking at her before deciding to mess with them a bit.
The woman ran over to her smacking her butt causing it to move. "Now that is what I call, America's Ass." She said laughing at the boys faces.
Hangman guarded her toughly every so often their bodies ran into each other. This caused one Rooster to not be very happy. "Hey, Hangman. I got Miss Kazansky."
She ran as far as she could with Rooster hot on her tail. "Come on, handsome. Come get me." She yelled behind her when she got the ball. The man grabbed her by the waist pulling her against him. "Gotta ya." He whispered in her ear. She turned around in his arms.
"In the endzone, babe." She smirked before kissing the corner of his lips. *Show me what ya got, Mr. Bradshaw.*
Rooster just got a touchdown while celebrating with Coyote. At the end he danced now making Athena drool at him. She moved her sunglasses down to get a better look. "Looking good there, Bradshaw!" Bradley turned and looked at her with a smirk before walking up to her.
"However, I think you need to cool down." With that she pushed him into the ocean laughing. Pretty soon after Bob got the last touchdown for her team everyone ran into the water.
Everyone left to go home leaving behind Maverick and Athena who were sitting in chairs. "You do know that this mission only requires four people." Mav said to the beautiful woman to his left. "I know. Mav..." This question left him in shock. "You know what will happen. We will see."
