REQUEST: can you write a fic about how Dan is dating you  but Phil is always around so we are never alone? :P
"

Hey babe," you answer the phone breathlessly as you're climbing up the stairs to your flat. "Whats up?"
"Hello, dear. What do you have planned for the night?" your boyfriend Dan asks.
"Umm... I suppose I was going to relax and watch a movie but I'm guessing you have something else in store?"
"Phil's away for the night," he says simply.
Your eyes widen at the thought. Though Phil is fantastic and since you began dating Dan he has become one of your best friends, his constant presence makes it difficult for you and Dan to get any time alone. "I'll be over in 15," you say, quickly turning around and dashing out of the flat you only just walked into.
In record time you find yourself strolling into your boyfriend's flat. "Wow," Dan says with a raised eyebrow as you walk into the lounge. "Have you ever moved that fast in your life? Is sex with me that motivating?"
You roll your eyes as you take a seat beside him on the sofa. "Don't flatter yourself. Though I do have to admit the idea of finally being alone is very appealing." You smile and lean in to kiss him but Dan turns his head and bites his lip nervously, chuckling.
"About that..." he says.
"Hey!" Phil says happily as he comes into the lounge and plops down on the recliner. "When did you get here y/n?" Shocked, you turn to Dan, who is busy on his phone.
"Phil..." you stumble. "I thought Dan said you were out for the evening?"
"Yeah, I was supposed to be but only like 5 minutes ago my friend rang and said she's come down with the flu and cancelled."
"Oh no. How awful," you say, thinking not just of Phil's friend's illness but of the precious alone time you had been hoping to have with Dan.
Phil shrugs, "It's alright. I'm sure she'll feel better soon. I suppose I'll just be hanging out with you and Dan instead."
"Actually," Dan says, standing up and pulling you with him. "Y/n and I have a hotel booked for this evening, so we won't be in." Dan hands you his phone and you see the hotel suite booking confirmation sent one minute ago- he booked it while you and Phil were talking.
Phil shrugs again, "Oh, okay. You kids have fun!"
"Don't worry!" Dan replies and kisses you on the temple. "We will."
