Your P.O.V.

Marc and I are out in the middle of the desert with the pieces of cloth that we took from the sarcophagus a while ago, before we were attacked by harrow. The jeep is parked and the big LED lights on the roof are shining onto the hood where we stand on either side, trying to figure out how to put the pieces together.

M: This is gonna take forever.
Y: Marc, we need Steven.

He sighs and puts his head down.

Y: he understands this stuff more than us, just give him a chance.

He lifts his head and it seems like he's listening to someone, I'm guessing khonshu.

Y: c'mon Marc, please. We don't have ti-

He then turns to the side, rips the mirror off the jeep, grabs the pieces of cloth and heads further away from the jeep.

Y: what're you doing?!

Marc ignores me as he drops the stuff on the ground, but still holding the mirror. He lifts it to his face. I walk closer to see what he's doing.

M: alright, you're in.

I watch his reflection change in the mirror and realize Steven's in control now.

S: cheers, thanks mate.

Steven then drops onto the ground and starts to tape the pieces together. I hear him mumbling to himself and can't help but smile at him. He's so sweet. I walk over to him and kneel beside him as he finishes putting the pieces together.

Steven's P.O.V.

Y: Steven?

I look over to my right and notice that (y/n) is kneeling beside me, god she's beautiful. We stare at each other for a few seconds before I say something.

S: Egyptians invented modern navigation. There aren't a lot of landmarks in the desert so they relied on the sun and the stars to find their way. Genius isn't it?
Y: it is.
S: voila!

I show her the finished product.

Y: wow! That's great Steven! But now what do we do?

I stand up and as I do so, I notice the LED's from the jeep shine onto the star shaped cloth and there looks to be a constellation.

S: do you see that?
Y: its a constellation! So we should be able to triangulate coordinates from it, right??

(Y/n) grabs the tablet from her bag and tries to scan the constellation.

S: unfortunately not. Senfu marked the tomb about, 2000 years ago, and stars drift over time. So, unless we know what the stars looked like that night, we're buggered.

(Y/n)'s face drops in disappointment as she lowers the tablet.

K: I remember that night. I remember every night.

I look over to see khonshu standing atop of a hill, just a few feet from us. I walk up the hill, (y/n) following behind, to where khonshu once stood and I call to him.

S: khonshu?
K: I can turn back the night sky, but It will come at a cost and I can't do it alone.

I nod in understanding before I summon the suit. Khonshu appears beside me.

K: now, do what I do.

Khonshu lifts up his arms towards the sky, I follow and notice the sky change. Khonshu moves his arm to the side and I do the same, and that's when the stars start to fly by.

S: whoa, this is insane!

We continue to reverse the stars as (y/n) points the tablet to the sky. After a while I feel myself becoming weaker.

K: this is the night.

Khonshu and I "hold" the sky in place to allow (y/n) to scan the constellation and get the coordinates.

S: this is surprisingly painful!

I say as my whole body is in pain, and I can feel my power's fading. I then also notice khonshu fading beside me.

Y: I got it! It worked!
S: yes!

Khonshu then disappears, and as he does, my suit then also disappears and I feel my power's are also gone. I stumble a bit as I feel this immense pressure in my head before I black out.

Your P.O.V.

I watch as Steven stumbles after his suit disappears and I grab onto him to support him. Then I watch his eyes roll back and he goes completely limp and falls face first into the sand. I fall with him and start freaking out.

Y: Steven! Steven wake up! C'mon!

I check for a pulse but I can't seem to find it. If it is there, it's very faint. Which makes me panic more.

I turn him over into my lap and I hold his face in my hands.

Y: c'mon Steven! You need to wake up, because I can't do this without you! Please please wake up.

I rock gently as I wait for him to wake up. A couple minutes pass before I hear him groan.

Y: Steven?? Oh my god!
S: ughhh, I don't feel to great. (Y/n)? You alright?

I notice I have tears falling down my face and slightly blush from embarrassment.

Y: yea I'm alright. Was just worried is all.

I lightly giggle.

S: I'm alright. We're good. It's okay.

He lifts his head up and I lean down thinking he's gonna whisper something to me but he ends up placing a gentle kiss onto my cheek. I close my eyes as I feel myself relax.

S: I'm good. Now let's go find that tomb.

I nod down at him before I get up and help him up. We then gather what we had and head back to the jeep, where we get in and head to the tomb.

A/N: ahh, sorry if it seems crappy, I kinda rushed it. But I hope you still enjoy it!
