Kol's POV: I speed to the woods sort of far from the house and school and gently set Scarlette down. I turn her face to look me in the eyes and I look at her with so much protection. Kol- let it out Scar, I'll be okay Scarlette's face looks hesitant but she eventually gives up the fight and lets go. While purple rays come out from her body and release into the woods while she screams in so much pain it breaks my heart. She collapses to the ground, panting. I rush to her seeing she is done and place my arms around her.

Scarlette- *whispers hoarsely* i-i wa-want to be wi-with my c-children Kol- okay scar let's get you home Scarlette- *tries to stand but falls* i-i c-ca-can't I pick her up quickly and hold her body to mine for warmth because she is only in her dress and it is dark out now. Scarlette- thank you, Kol for everything Kol- *nods and kisses her forehead* always, now rest she closes her eyes and leans against my chest, while I start the walk home slowly to calm her down before she sees the kids. after a few minutes, we reach the house and Scarlette is asleep against me. I get to the house and walk in and see my family get up and start to ask questions which makes Scar stir in her sleep Kol- *hush's them quietly* shhh! *whispers* be quiet she just calmed down and fell asleep, I am going to bring her to her room to rest I see Davina come to me Davina- *looks at Scarlette* is she okay? Kol- *nods* she will be Davina- *nods sadly* okay, um the kids asked to sleep in her room and I couldn't deny them so they all are in there to warn you Kol- okay, I'll make sure to be quiet and tell them to sleep Davina nods and kisses Kol's lips and leans down and kisses Scarlette's cheek in a sisterly way I bring Scar upstairs and open her bedroom door to see most of the kids awake. Their heads snap to the door when they hear me open it and I nod to them lightly. they create a space for Scarlette and I lay her there while Aurora, Lizzie, and Josie place their heads in her body in some way to gain comfort, and josh places lili and amelia onto her chest lightly. Meanwhile Liam and hunter cuddle into her sides. Kol- your mom is okay...it's time for all of you to rest Joshua- we couldn't sleep without mom home, we haven't had to since dad u-um pa-passed Kol- *eyes soften* I know bud but your mom is here always and it's late so why don't you all close your eyes and sleep Joshua nods lightly and lays behind hunter pushing him closer to Scarlette and josh grabs her hand for his own comfort. I go and kiss each of their heads and lastly Scarlette's. Kol- I will be in the living room if any of you need me, try and rest you are all safe and home now okay? they all seem to nod and I shut the lights off and gently close the door and make my way back to the living room where my family is. I get there and they seem to be arguing over something many looking annoyed Kol- *raised voice slightly* hey! calm down I just got all the kids to sleep! they quiet down and I sigh Kol- you guys head home, I am staying here to make sure the kids and Scarlette are okay, through the night. Klaus- we want to make sure they are okay as well brother Davina- *sighs* Kol is right you all go home. hope is already asleep and who knows what mood the kids and Scarlette will be in tomorrow. Rebekah- but wh- Freya- they are right, let's go and come back another day...it seems our family has caused enough damage as it is for right now. they all won't want to see us right away. all the other Mikalesons sigh because they know Freya is right, and they all head out to leave with Elijah staying behind to talk to Kol and Davina Elijah- i-i didn't mean to say what I said Kol- *coldly* I don't care Elijah. you said it Elijah- I want to apologize to scar- Kol- no! you will stay away from her and her children! you do not deserve them Elijah- they are my children too! Kol- *says deathly* not after what you said to their mother you aren't. right now they don't want to see you so leave Elijah Elijah gives up on fighting and leaves the house Davina goes to Kol and hugs him to calm him down Davina- *rubs his back* it's okay, Scars fine now, she'll be okay Kol- seeing her like that broke me today...it's like right after they all left and Stefan died all over again Davina- hey, she has us and the kids supporting her, plus caroline and all of them come back soon too Kol- thank you for being so good love, with everything including my friendship with Scarlette Davina- hey I get it, at a time she was the only one who stuck by you. I am so grateful for her helping you through that. plus I love her too, like a sister *they sit on the couch and share a passionate kiss* They hear a tiny voice Lilianna- Ewww! we laugh and turn to her Kol- munchkin what are you doing up? She makes her way over to us and climbs on my lap Lilianna- c-can't sleep, and d-don't know where bibi went? Kol- sweetheart Josh took it earlier remember Lilianna- oh yeah! Davina- do you know where he would've put it? Lilianna- *nods* yeah, up there I look to where she's pointing and see it's above the fridge Kol- ill grab it munchkin I place her into Davina's lap and go to grab the binky Kol- hey Lili want some milk to help you sleep? Lilianna- yes pwease I make her a warm sippy cup filled with milk and bring that and the binky over to her I see she has her blanket with her and I smile and sit down next to her and Davina Kol- hey Lili want to feed yourself or me or Davina to do it? Lilianna- you pwease Kol- *I pick her up and place her on my lap* all right first do you wanna tell me why you can't sleep? Lilianna- *looks down* m-miss d-daddy Kol- *I look at her in sadness* I know baby, but guess what Lilianna- w-what? Kol- your daddy will always be right here *I point to her heart* and he will always be watching over you Lilianna- a-are u s-sure? Kol- I'm positive munchkin Davina- and your mommy will always be there also with your siblings and us. Kol- and aunt caroline, and uncle Damon, and all of your family, so you will never be alone okay? Lilianna- o-okay uncle Kol Kol- alright ready to try and sleep? Lilianna nods and lays down on my lap. I put the sippy cup in her mouth and she puts her hands on mine and I smile down at her and Davina smiles at me Davina- *whispers* you'd be a great dad Kol- *whispers back* and you'd be a great mom, I'm sorry I can't give that to you Davina- *whispers back* hey, I don't need my own kids, I am happy with just you. I am fulfilled seeing Scarlett's kids grow up and having a relationship with them and hope. Kol- Davina Claire you are my light. And I promise to give you the world. Davina- and you are my knight and my life Kol Mikaelson. Just promise me one thing. Kol- anything... Davina- we will stay here, in Mystic Falls Kol- you don't want to go back to New Orleans? Davina- I have all I need here, with you and Scarlette and her children Kol- as do I love. I lean and kiss her really quickly so as to not disturb Lilianna. I see she is done with her bottle and slowly closing and opening her eyes. So, I gently take the cup out of her mouth and replace it with her binky. Kol- okay, let's get you back to bed Davina comes with me while I carry Lili upstairs and go back into Scarlette's room. I see all of the kids asleep as well as Scarlette. I place Lilianna on Scarlette's chest and tuck her in and both Davina and I kiss her forehead and leave and head to our room in Scarlette's house. We head right to sleep wondering how everyone will feel tomorrow.
