Today is the special day! Venti woke up from his slumber with a wide smile. It's his birthday and he planned to spend his day alone with his one and only muse, Y/n, he wanted to go on an adventure today, maybe go on a picnic under Windrise's massive tree, or maybe go stargazing from a cliff after a long day of adventure, well it doesn't matter to him what you do together, he'll be happy as long as he's with you.

Heading out of his room in your shared house, he saw you by the front door about to leave. "Y/n? Where you going?" he asked walking closer to you, "Ah Venti you're awake!" you exclaimed giving him a warm hug "I left food by the kitchen, you might want to eat", "Thanks but... Where you going? Can you stay for today? I want to spend time with you..." he said disappointed that his plan might not be achieved

"I'm sorry Venti.. However, I promised Aether to help him with his commission today. I can't just deny him, he helped me with work.." you said feeling guilty as you declined his invitation. "Do you know what today is...?" he asked frowning and hopefully you didn't fully forget about his birthday, "Today...? I don't know..?" You acted confused, "Oh. Well.. Never mind then..! Haha... And about the commission, if it's really that important then it's fine you can go..!" he murmured trying to not feel down, still disappointed and upset that he can't celebrate his day with you, along with the fact that you forgotten his birthday as well.

"I'm really sorry, Ven.. Come on cheer up! I promise I'll go out with you tomorrow if that's what you want!" you assured hoping your offer could cheer him up, you didn't really want to decline him but you had an important plan for today. "Promise?" he said, a small pout visible on his face, "I promise!" you cupped his face as you leaned to give a small kiss onto his forehead.

You left the house as Venti stood still by the door not knowing what to do next, he doesn't have any other plans besides spending the day with you, sighing, he left the house and decided to take a stroll around the city instead. Everyone seemed really busy today as if there's a special occasion coming up, "Good morning Sara! You look busy today," he tried to talk with the waitress of Good Hunter "Oh! Hello there, Venti! What may I get for you?" She replied not letting her eyes avert away from her work, "Hmmm... Nah I'm good! I just want to greet the great waitress of Good Hunter!" he answered with his signature smile plastered onto his face. "Well, alright then.. I'm so sorry Mr. bard but I sadly can't talk to you longer.. I have a lot of sudden orders to do" Venti was speechless as he replied "Sorry.. I shouldn't disturb you then! I bid you farewell and good luck" he left the restaurant and heads to the Cat's Tail.

Cat's Tail is one of the greatest taverns in Mondstadt, he likes the apple cider they make, the tavern is also very well known for their specialties and... Cats. Venti shivered at thought of them. Passing through a message board by the said tavern, it reads out 'The tavern is currently closed for today', Venti scoffs "What a coincidence! I can't barely talk to anyone and this tavern is closed, don't tell me that Angel's Share is closed too..!" deciding to end his day drinking at Angel's Share instead. When he got closer to the tavern, surprisingly he met you and traveler carrying boxes full of unknown objects, you seemed to enjoy being with him. "Ah- Venti..! Hi, it's good to see you..!" said the blonde male as he noticed Venti's approaching presence.
