You colored his nails [Team/Color].
Medic:

Reason? He'd be bothered if it wouldn't dry fast and accidentally smear it across his work.
Demoman:
"Sure lad!"
You colored his nails black. (Wait-)
Engineer:
"N o p e."
Reason? Same as Medic's.
Heavy:
"Nyet!"
Reason: He just doesn't want to.
Pyro:
"HUDDAH!"
Uh.. You colored their nails pink.
Soldier:
"Sure!"
You colored his nails blue, white, and red.
Spy:
"Non."
Reason? He'll cover it with a glove anyway.
Miss Pauling:
"Sure! Anything for you dear!"
You colored her nails purple.
BONUS: If you don't know them don't read this part
Marksman:
"Sorry I don't think so.."
He felt bad for denying, but he thinks his enemies would underestimate him more if they found out he wore nail polish to war.
Flanker:
"Heck yeah!"
He agreed with no hesitation, and you replied with coloring his nails a soft [RED/GRN].
Doctor:
"Sure, love. May I choose the color though?"
He chimed as he chose the color, which turned out to be a beautiful color shade of Red.
Annihilator:
"..Alright then, lad."
He hesitantly said, but agreed to it either way. Atleast he got a beautiful dull orange as his color!
Mechanic: (Engineer)
"No."
Wow, rude.. 😕
Brute: (Heavy)
"Sure thing, [brother/sister/sibling]!"
You guys are not siblings.. You sadly didn't realize that's what he calls everyone. You colored his nails (Your/choice).
Arsonist: (Pyro)
"No."
I-Its a robot... It's clothes is made with it's body itself-
Trooper: (Soldier)
"'Kay."
For a mean guy, he willingly agreed..
Agent:
"Por supuesto."
Of course, If you weren't good at it, she would've denied. But she saw that you're experienced. She chose a dull beautiful [RED/GRN] color though.
Charlie: (Miss Pauling)
"O-Oh! Sure.. I don't mind a little n-nail polish.."
She chose a clear color, but she demanded she wanted one that would dry up fast.
