they called everybody. it feels like they called everybody. nothing. no sign of eddie. maybe something did happen to him. „he has a drug dealer named ‚reefer rick'" someone said. oh yeah. i forgot. eddie gets his drugs from reefer rick since i don't know when. he never took me with him getting his stuff but he always talked about him. robin, dustin, steve and max look at me. „what is it?" i ask. „do you know where reefer rick lives?" steve says. steve harrington. i haven't seen this man in forever and he changed all the way. god. he was such an asshole. he's not anymore. still good looking tho. „no, sorry" i shrug. so they search for him on the computer of the place where robin and steve work. „found him" robin says.

„EDDIE?!" „EDDIE, WHERE ARE YOU?" we're shouting. nothing. no answer or anything. we're standing in front of reefer ricks house. there's no light inside. „is that a foot?" steve asks shocked. „it's a shoe, you dumbass" dustin answers. i find these two oddly funny. steve seems like a dad to dustin and max and given that neither of them really have one makes it really cute. i smile. „wait, guys, what's that?" max points her flashlight at a boathouse. we follow max going towards the house. she's knocking. still nothing. dustin opens the door which surprisingly swings open. steve grabs a paddle (god knows where he got it from) and starts poking a tarp. „just move it" dustin looks at him. „if you're so brave you move it!" steve says to dustin. suddenly someone jumps out of the boat which lies under the tarp holding a knife onto steve's throat and pushing him against the wall. eddie. „WOAW, eddie chill! it's us! that's steve!" dustin says. i'm just standing there in the middle of the room doing nothing. then i start walking towards eddie. i pull him into a hug. oh fuck. what the hell is going on with me? i hear the knife falling onto to ground and eddie pressing his hands against my back. for a second i forget what eddie did to me and my heart. i'm unbelievably calm. eddie starts shaking. i let go of him and look him deep in the eyes. „tell us what happened!" i say.
