"nick-" our lips disconnected
"y/n.." nick blushes
"i-i have to tell alex before he sees us like this. ill be back. dont worry," i kiss nick one more time and leave the room
"hey sis! you 'ight?" karl asks
"yeah. you seemed a bit sad. but now you look happy? what happend?" alex asks
"alex? can i talk to you?..alone?"
"yeah yeah ill go," karl walks to his room
"i need to tell you something," i walk him over to the couch
alex leans in for a kiss but-
he grabs my face gently and softly kisses me.
"alex-" i blush
"what-?" he asks letting go of me
"i- i cant," i try to get up
he grabs my hand and pulls me back down.
"y/n...i already know where this is going. ive seen the way you and nick look at each other. i get it," he smiles and looks sad at the same time
"alex-im-"
"no need y/n. i hope you two are happy together," he gets up and walks to the laundry room
tears form in my eyes and somehow i know i ruined our friendship once and for all.
i silently cry curled up on the couch.
