Gretel send a message to Hansel and waited for an answer. She paced around the room waiting for anything. Either for Hansel to message back or for Five to come back, but nothing. Gretel was more worried than ever, since Hansel was dealing with the commission alone now. It isn't that she doesn't have faith in her brother, it's just that the commission is unpredictable. The Handler is unpredictable. It took a while as Gretel paced and then, a buzz was heard. Gretel immediately looked at the phone, 'Sorry for the inconvenience but something needs to be said, i hope you and number five don't come back. i've been exhausted Of you two for so long and i Suggest to not come back ever. goodbye gretel."
Gretel immediately knew that Hansel would never say this, so she reread it for any clues. She then saw the upper-case letters. SOS. He was in trouble. She was especially worried and anxious on what they could be doing to her brother. She left Five's room going downstairs, only to hear a voice, "Don't waste your time. Diego's right, I shouldn't have come." Gretel rolled her eyes at the mention of his name. She walked into another room and saw a blonde woman and what a surprise. The guy she hated.
She groaned mentally as she looked around trying to find another way to leave but the blonde woman caught her. "Oh, hello." Gretel stopped with Diego turning his attention, noticing Gretel.
Gretel stood there and gave a small nod, "Hi." Her Russian accent coming in.
"What are you doing?" Diego asked suspiciously.
Gretel simply glared at him and was about to respond but the blonde woman interrupted, "Now, Diego. That isn't any way to speak to our guests."
"Sorry mom, but she isn't a guest."
"Well, she isn't a hargreeves?"
"No."
"And did one of you kids bring her?"
"Well, she apparently knows Five--"
"Well then that settles it. She is Five's guest meaning she's still a guest." She told Diego as he sighed while Gretel who watched their interactment stood there with a small smirk, amused. "Would you like anything to eat?" She asked Gretel.
"You know, I would love a sandwich." Gretel said, looking at Diego with a smirk, only for him to slightly glare back.
"Of course. Follow me--" She said waiting for Gretel to fill in, by saying her name.
"Gretel, miss Hargreeves." She told her and she nodded with a sweet smile.
"Grace. Come follow me into the dining room." She told Gretel as she walked away. Gretel slowly walked after her, only for Diego to stop her. "What are you actually doing here?"
She turned to him with a smirk, "Well I was here for your brother, but now I'm here for Grace's sandwich." She told him with a smug smile. Diego just looked at her, "I don't like you."
