"Sasoriiiii!!!" I yelled with excitement while looking for Sasori.

I can sense that he's in my room. I can feel his breath. Wait-

As I was thinking, a pair of muscular arms pinned around my waist and I blushed madly when I knew that's him. Sasori catches me and we both ended fell on the floor and he was above me. You know, that stance. Our face was an inch away and I can feel his sweet breath. We both blushed but he started first.

"Ooh, look who's blushing!" I grinned and chuckled softly while Sasori hugged me tighter. I can feel his chest and his heart beat... Our lips were a few centimetres away and his eyes bored into mine, which made me blushed more than ever.

Our lips were almost entwined but he suddenly backed off from me and I gave him a confused and a hungry look at him. His eyes were in form of tears and he gave me a soft hug.

"Harumi, I'm sorry... I will be joining a criminal group called the Akatsuki... And I will leave tomorrow." his voice softened but in a serious tone.

"But why? Don't you feel the same way as I do when I first saw you?Why-"

"Sorry, Harumi. But it's for our sake. You do not deserve a boy like me. You're 10 and I'm 15. We're too young To be a couple.... I love you so much but this time, I have to let you go because the Akat-"

"Akatsuki this and Akatsuki that. Why? Why do you want to let me go now? What's so special about Akatsuki more than me?" I thundered madly at him, causing him to back me off.

"Tomorrow's your birthday, why tomorrow? Why can't we spend some time together.......?" I lowered my voice and obviously he stared at me with his astonishing grey eyes with blushed cheeks. We stared at each other for quite a long time. And he continued to packed his things away.

My heart ached pretty hard on the ground when he walked away from Sunagakure and the last memory of him was his smile as he walked away swiftly as if there's nothing between us.

~Le time skip 3 years later~

I am a chuunin from Sunagakure now. My new life without Sasori was never been great from the start. I want him back. I've been with him since he was a kid. I always comfort him when he cried when he remembered about his parents. Since then, we both take car of each other... We were room neighbours. So I always hang out with him.

I also remembered the time when he made the first attempt to kiss me.... But it didn't work out, unfortunately.

I'm 13 now. I woke up, took a short shower, and sometimes I took a long shower because I love to sing. But recently every time I sang in the bath tub, a cute-looking wood bird will chirp along with me. I suspected that it wasn't a real bird. I usually ignore things like this since the absence of Sasori.

But today was different. I was given an opportunity to go on a holiday for a month. I chose to go to Konohagakure as I wanted to see what the culture looks like at there.

As I was packing my things, I my eye twitched.
