  "Yes, Akaashi's my friend. It's not a big deal, mom, he's just like all my other friends."

  "Hm," She nodded and smiled. "Alright then honey. I should get going. Take your vitamins for me, okay? I love you." She smiled and kissed the top of your head, knowing you still probably wouldn't.

"Yes mom, I love you too." You couldn't help but smile, your mom may have been overbearing at times but the two of you obviously loved each other.

  "I wasn't, but I'm glad you did, cause that was hilarious." He said, backing out of your driveway.

  You sighed, directing your attention to the front seat where Akaashi was looking back at you. "Sorry," he said, "I told him not to."

  "It's fine, after so long I'm used to the shit Bokuto pulls." You smiled, then gasped, pulling Akaashi's face closer to yours. "You wear glasses." It was said as more of a statement than a question.
