Dang, they make working out non-stop look so much easier on the television.
After two weeks of non stop training, I was practically drained.
As I lay on my floral carpet, contemplating random thoughts, I heard one of my many bodyguards in my room.
Without sitting up, I just said, "What do you want?"
"To do something about- this, Miss Foster." I sat up and saw Sandor with a disapproving look on his face.
"What do you mean? I am very content with myself at the moment."
"Yes because you are training for twelve hours a day!" Sandor started walking back and forth, "Miss Foster, just because you aren't the best emotional wise-"
I sat up, my anger blaring, "What do you mean emotional wise? Did I not just say I'm fine?" I felt an aroma of anger cloud me, consume me, "Look maybe you should stop being so nosy and leave!"
Sandor reeled back, as if- in pain.
I sat up. "Sandor, I-"
"I'll just go Miss Foster." Sandor said, with a hand on his head.
I didn't know what I just did.

The next morning, I decided to write more I knew about training and the Neverseen. I decided to go to Foxfire. This was odd considering how much school I took off recently. It was almost calming, going back. Of course all the whispers didn't help. Especially all the new ones about starting a war.
As I walked through the halls, I nearly tripped over a boy. He had curly dark hair and a friendly smile. I looked, a bit shocked to see that he was clutching his hand.
"Do you need help?" I asked.
"Yeah, I must be lost." He said, standing up. I noticed a burn on his hand. When I didn't reply, he continued, "Sorry its my first day here and I don't exactly know where the doctor's area is. Maybe you could help me."
I smiled, I almost even offered to help until it all came flooding back.
The mysterious smirk.
The blonde boy, sprawled out on a bench.
"You must be lost."
I staggered back, snapping back to reality, I didn't even know I had tears in my eyes.
"I- I'm sorry b-but I can't."
I caught a glimpse of the boy as I ran away, he had tears in his eyes as well. I already felt guilty.

That was how I ended up ditching my 3rd and 4th period. I ended up going to lunch to see Biana and Dex waving over to me at a table.
It felt like I hadn't seen them in an eternity.
"Hey Sophie, how are you doing?" Dex asked.
"I'm fine." I lied.
"Oooooh, I love the new highlights in your hair." Biana said.
I let out a slight laugh, "Thanks. How are you guys."
"Great! Dex's new invention helped me get the cutest pair of shoes! Yet they feel like so comfortable." She gave a slight look at Dex and smiled.
"Ohhh, that's cool-"
"Haha and Biana helped me work on weapons for the upcoming fights against the Neverseen." Dex said proudly.
"That's great guys."
As they continued bringing up small talk, I couldn't get my head to stop.
I was hearing the thoughts that others had of me. What Stina, Linh, and Marella were saying about me behind my back.
The war started because of me.
"Woah, Soph are you okay?" Dex asked, startling me.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"
"It was odd Sophie, the room just grew dull and I think we all felt a sense of like- helplessness."
"Oh, that's odd."
"Yeah, I felt it too." Dex said.
"I- I think I have to go."
"Sophie?" Biana asked as I walked out a door, but I still heard her whisper to Dex, "It's because Keefe is gone. She is being sad about it. We all are, but she has to get over it."
I walked the rest of the way out. Was I really becoming useless? I have trained so much, Written down everything.
But no matter how hard I tried, it wasn't good enough.
I knew what I had to do.
