After you all got off of the ship, it was now time to decide where to go. You had all gotten a note for directions to Zaban City; stating it will be the way to the hunter exam site. You couldn't lay a finger on it, but it was kind of fishy. You turned around to see Gon, who was now running up to the three of us.

"The pine tree?" You asked Gon. "Why got up there, the opposite way? Are you sure that's what the captain suggested?" Leorio asked Gon. "Yep. And I'm gonna check it out!" Gon smiled, clenching his fist around his fishing pole. "Shit, beats me. I'm going with him." You added, making leorio and kurapika turn towards you. "What?! Why?" Leorio asked. "Well. To be honest it's kind of fishy how they just let us know where the exam site is; especially for how difficult it's supposed to be. Remember the captain mentioned something about tests right? And hell. If Gons wrong I can just come back next year." I stretched my arms out, my muscles were a little sore from staying still on the hammock with kurapika.

I began to walk off with Gon, who was leading the way. "...in what Gon may do. I find that I'm interested" kurapika added before walking-away to join us.
"Old man  not coming?" I asked Kurapika. "Apparently." He added, continuing to walk up the steep mountain. All of a sudden we hear yelling behind us, signaling that Leorio was going to join us after all.

Shortly after, we made it up to a creepy village. Kurapika was talking about how there was a lot of people, giving their heavy breaths. Gon agreed, stating that he hears them rustling around. I agreed with both of them, I could hear their light footsteps. "Well, sue me for having normal hearing." Leorio sighed, turning around.
Suddenly, we were met with an elderly lady, who had a bunch of crazy minion looking figures with her wearing what looked like knock off gas masks. "It's not Halloween." I dumbfounded.  Kurapika let out a small snicker, agreeing with my  statement. After some blabbering about awnser with a one or two; a man showed up out of the blue admitting to stalking us, and he awnsered first.

"Hah! 1! You can choose multiple true loves, but you only have one mother." "You may pass." The old lady mumbled, making way behind them. The guy snickered, leaving. You caught a glare of him in the eye, and scrunched your nose up a bit. "He smells." You mumbled. Kurapika heard you once more, and smiled at you. You smiled back, giving you were both in agreement. 'Huh, me and him are getting along quite well.' You thought, listening to Leorio go off.

With the countdown going off, you noticed how you all (besides Oreo ) had figured this out.
'It seems there isn't a right or wrong awnser. You can choose your daughter or son, or perhaps both. Neither perhaps. It's all destiny and fate, something we cannot awnser or change for sure. You can easily be put in that situation, but there's not a right or wrong awnser here. It depends on what you believe is right or wrong, no matter if it truly is . '

When you pulled yourself out of thought, Leorio had tried to attack the examiner , but kurapika had blocked him. "That's enough Leorio! We've already passed!"
'Ah yes, silence! The true awnser!'

——-

"I heard his scream, I don't think he got very far before encountering a magical beast!" "My conclusion , this isn't the right path."Kurapika argued, pointing at the passage way. You had noticed the funny minion people opening up part of a wall, which led to a very dark passage.
The old lady paused, before turning to the passage way you had noticed before the others. "That is correct. This is the real trail." She added, looking into the nothingness. "This is a plain trail. No branches no forks. You will reach the summit in two hours." After Leorio had apologized, Gon was still stuck on the awnser. I reassured him that his way of thinking was very logical, and true. You really can't predict anything; which is one of the cons of being a hunter. You all went down the dark hallway, making your way to the summit.
