One day, Y/N was reading her book in the living room, since they were staying at the palace for a few days until the Bounty was repaired, since it had been severely damaged in a recent battle. Wu, Pixal, Nya and Misako were tending to it, while you were stuck with the boys at the palace. Suddenly, you feel something very close to you. You look behind you to see Cole...WITH WOLF EARS?!
"GAH!" you shout, falling off the sofa. As you look around, you see all of the others surround you, all with wolf ears and a tails.
"What happened?! How do you guys have wolf ears and tails?!" you ask, clearly still distressed at the situation.
"We don't know. We just woke up this way." replies Jay, being unusually calm.
"Okay, lets just see if this will wear off." says Y/N.
As the day goes by, all of them are following you around constantly. You can't even go to the bathroom with one or more of them waiting for you outside the door. You manage to loose them for a while, and you look up, 'why do male dogs follow around female humans?'
Google said that male dogs are more likely to follow females around because it is part of their territorial and protective nature.
Oh! That's why all of them are always around me! I'm the only female here, and they want to protect me. When the others get home, Jay will probably protect Nya, Zane will protect Pixal, and Lloyd may or may not protect Misako, you thought.
After a few minutes of thinking, you come up with a solution so you can get some other stuff done. You put some blankets and pillows down on the floor as well (you'll see why soon). You grab your guitar that was nearby, and sit on a stool that you had placed across from the sofa. On each of the sides of the sofa, there was a recliner, and an arrangement of pillows and blankets on the floor.
You call all of them to the living room, and all of them appear within a few moments.
"Find a spot where you are comfortable and lay down. Either on one of the recliners, the sofa, or on the pillows and blankets on the floor." you say to them, trying to get them to not be too close to you. Kai and Cole split the sofa, Zane took the recliner on your right, and Jay took the recliner on your left. Lloyd took the assortment of pillows and blankets on the floor. All of them were confused on why you had told them this, but then you started to play your guitar.

After you finish, you look up to see that all of them are sound asleep. You quietly get up, and do some simple chores around the palace. You check up on them about every 30 minutes or so. When it starts to near dinner, you decide to text Nya to pick up some food. You also ask her to get 5 pre-cooked steaks, and she doesn't question why.
After a little while, they arrive back at the palace.
"Hey Y/N! Why did you ask me to bring you 5 pre-cooked steaks?" asks Nya.
You signal them to keep quiet, and lead them to the room where all of the boys are still sound asleep. Nya and Misako start to quietly fangirl, and snap a few pictures. After that, the rest of you eat, and you cut up the steaks for the boys. You had found some color-coded plates in the closet where you keep the party supplies.
You color code each steak with their color gi. You cover them with metal domes, and set them in front of each of the ninja according to the color. You set up a system that would lift all of the domes at once with some string, and Nya was recording it to show the guys after the spell or whatever it was wore off. You lifted the domes, and all of them went wild. They scarfed down the meat like they haven't eaten in weeks.
After they were done, they all went back to sleep, which didn't surprise you. You had done a little research on wolves behaviors, and most wolves would go to take a nap after they eat. After all of them were asleep again, you collected the plates and threw them away. Then the others questioned you on how they had gotten like this, and how you got them to sleep before they got there. Then you came up with a solution on how you would deal with the guys being part...wolf?
When they woke up, it was just as you suspected. Jay became protective and attached to Nya. Zane became protective and attached to Pixal. Nothing happened with Lloyd, which you half expected. But Kai, Cole, and Lloyd still followed you around everywhere. But you were able to do a system that if they wanted to sleep, they had to sleep in their spot in the living room(this rule was for all 5). You set up little 'nests' for each of them according to what color their gi was. They were set up in a circle in the middle of the living room.
