My eyes fluttered open and for a moment I thought I was just dreaming but once I saw that man again I knew that I wasn't.
"You're awake." He approached the bed where I lay.
"What do you want from me!?" I yelled.
He smirked, "Just for you to be my little servant. You'll do as I say and obey my every command. Do you understand me?" He asked.
"And if I refuse?" I asked instead.
"Then I'll kill you, simple as that."
I narrowed my eyes as his smirk widened. "Just who are you anyway?"
"My name is Leroi. I'm a demon, and a king of demons as well." He introduced himself and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. A demon? A king? There was no way that demons really existed. All of that religious junk was just nonsense.
It had to be some made up fairytale.
"If you're a demon, then I guess I'll have to believe that there's a God after all." I said.
He only continued to smirk, "I suppose you could say that there is. But I wouldn't want you to believe in him so much. You serve one master now, and that is me."
I frowned, "I don't remember agreeing to be your little slave."
"Oh, but you have no choice, because death is your only other option remember?"
"Not fair.." I muttered.
"Then it's settled." Leroi leaned down in front of me, staring straight into my eyes. "From now on, you belong to me Aden." Once he said that I suddenly felt strange. There was this weird sensation that overcame me, and when I looked down at my neck there was a collar around it.
"Wh-What?" I tried to take it off but it wouldn't budge. It was as though it was attached to my neck like it was apart of me. "What did you do? Get this fucking thing off of me!" I spat and he struck me. My head snapped to the side and for a moment I was seeing stars before my eyes fell on him again.
He looked at me sternly. "That's the only warning you're going to get, if you defy me again, it's going to be more severe. Do you understand me?" He asked.
I only nodded.
"Good. I have to go for the time being, but when I return be ready to complete your first task." Leroi turned to take his leave and I could only watch in fear as he left the room.
Once he was gone I sat there pondering everything I just heard. I was now a slave to this demon freak, and no one even knew that I was in trouble. I couldn't even call for help at all. I was really doomed to spend all of eternity with this guy.
"This can't be happening." I fell back against the pillows and stared up at the ceiling with wide eyes. "It can't be..." I could suddenly feel myself losing consciousness probably that blow from earlier. I closed my eyes and soon everything went dark.
When I came to again I was on the bed but there was someone else in the room. Another boy like myself.
"Oh hello there." He said once he noticed that I was awake.
"Who are you?" I asked once taking in his appearance. He had white hair and icy blue eyes. He practically look stunning compared to me.
"My name is Sire. I'll be your guide starting today." The boy said.
"My what? Look I really don't know what's fucking going on but I don't like it one bit. I want to get out of this place. My grandfather died and some guy comes and takes over everything!"
