Summer Trip

"Go on a trip along with your Grandpa and cousin Gwen they said, it would be fun they said" Benie muttered out loud to herself much to Gwen's annoyance who was busy doing something on her laptop.

"If you want to complain do it somewhere else" said Gwen annoyed with Benie's attitude.

"I would love to but I'm stuck here with you so get use to it dweeb" said Benie.

"It's no picnic for me either dufus" said Gwen.

"Stop you two" said Grandpa Max who was busy driving the RV.

"She started it" said Gwen.

"I don't care who started, I just want peace and quiet in this recreational vehicle Am I making myself clear" said Max.

"Yes grandpa" said Benie and Gwen in unison while glaring at each other.

"Dweeb" whispered Benie softly to Gwen

"I heard that" said Max.

"Sorry Grandpa" said Benie while Gwen looked at her with a sinister grin.

Soon they all arrived at the woods.

Max thought it would be a good idea to set up camp there.

It was night time and Max was planing to start a small camp fire so he and his grandkids could enjoy a night in the great out doors, much to Benie's annoyance.

"I'll be back, just need to go gather some wood to start a fire" said Max.

"Oh and please stay out of trouble while I'm gone".

"I can, but can't say the same for her though" said Gwen pointing at Benie who was busy playing a game on her mini console.

Benie just stick her tongue like a child to  Gwen, reacting to what Gwen said about her.

"Oh, would you just grow up" said Gwen.

"I will if you will" replied Benie.

"Please, I'm far more mature than you" said Gwen.

"Oh yeah" said Benie.

"Yeah" said Gwen.

Max just rolled his eyes before leaving his two grandkids to go get the wood.

Benie and Gwen were to busy arguing to even notice.

"You're nothing but a spoiled brat" said Benie.

"Really wow, another bit of useless information from the great  Gwen Tennyson that no one cares about" said Benie.

"It's not my fault you're a loser" said Gwen.

"You know what I don't have to seat here and take this from you" said Benie before she got up and began walking away.

"Where do you think you're going" asked Gwen.

"Some place where I can't see your stupid face" said Benie before walking away, in to the woods.

"Stupid Gwen, stupid trip, stupid everything" said Benie to her self as she walked through the forest.

Benie then looked up and saw a shooting start.

"What the heck, I got nothing to lose" said Benie before taking a deep breath.

"Hey stupid star, I wish to be home and away from the stupid trip with my Grandpa and annoying cousin Gwen" said Benie.

She waited for a few moments for the star to grant her wish but nothing happened.

"Why am I not surprised. Can anything go my way today" Benie asked herself before noticing something strange.

The star, it was getting bigger and bigger almost as if...Benie upon realizing what was going jumped out of the way before the supposed shooting star crashed at the spot where she stood.

Benie luckily made it out before it could hit her.

Benie, now on the floor, slowly got up and turned to see what had crashed down next to her.

It was some kind of alien pod.

Benie went in for a closer look but upon reach the pod it opened up and a strange device jumped out of it and attached itself to her writ.
