Idea:
Teen girl wakes up in a cave with no memory of who she is, her name, family, friends, how she got there, or where she even is.

She isn't wearing much. Her stomach, legs, arms, and most of her back is showing. Both top and bottom are being held by a string that seems to tighten or loosen the clothing the more you pull on it. Making it flexible to fit any ones body type.  

As the girl walks around it seems that the dark walls of the cave are infinite and there is no way out. Though scratches and marks are littered all around.  The more she wonders the more she becomes scared of where she is. There is no one around and the walls of the hallway are only lit by laps as you pass. Not much is seen and every few hours the same motion repeats. 

After she wakes up yet again she starts walking around but something odd happens. As she walks further into the cave, she starts to hear noises. Scratches along the wall and mumbled talking of children on the other side of the wall. When she tries to reach out, they start screaming really loud causing the walls to start tearing making her run further down to get away.

After a while, she finds writings of some weird phrases. Like ' Find Sigh' 'don't trust them' 'remember' 'don't forget, don't forget ' she becomes weirded out but before she can think further about it, a loud noise of a wild animal is heard close by her. 

Every few hours she passes out randomly and then wakes up again with no memories of the hours before, repeating it again and again. That is until finds the animal that has been making the noise. She is attacked by it and bearly escapes with her life, leaving with a huge scratch on her right arm. Though she gains a souvenir as she gets her hands-on part of the monster's claw.

After that the next time she passes out she wakes up remembering the day before. Slowly but surely she starts to figure some things out about the cave. And before long starts to remember some things and details about her life, like her name. She figures out she needs to rescue or find someone named Sign, which apparently is a very important person to her. She just doesn't remember how and why. 

She sets her mind to finding him and then escaping the cave. Throughout this, she meets some people with the same problem of getting knocked out without any memories of the days prior. She figures out that getting scratched by the weird animal stops it magically from happening. 

Slowly she figures out some things about the cave and what it is and how she got there. In the meanwhile finding the person named Sign and figuring out who she was. Trying to stop the people responsible for everything from happening proves to be difficult when strange people seem to be going after them, especially her, and trying to kill her and take them somewhere unknown.
