Once we entered the Upside Down we looked around for Steve. "Holy shit!" I say looking around until I saw Steve being attacked by these Demobats. We run towards him and Nancy takes an oar and hits one of the bats saving Steve. Robins stomps on another bat while Nancy repeatedly hits it. We hear an ear bleeding screech and a swarm of Demobats attacks us.

Eddie throws me the other oar and takes out a switchblade. I knock out a few Demobats with the oar when an idea hits. I take out one of my lighters and pray that it still works. "Come on, please work." I say repeatedly until I see the gorgeous red and orange flame. I light the oar on fire and go to help Nancy who is being attacked.

I light the other oar and we continue fighting the Demobats. I let out a scream when one of the bats bit my leg. Eddie told me to hold still as he stabbed the Demobat through the stomach. Steve slams one last Demobat on the ground and rips its tail from his body, finally killing it. "Wow Harrington." Was all I could say impressed by his strength. He looked at me breathing heavily and with a bloody lip.

Luckily nobody had any life threatening injuries after the ordeal. The bite to my leg wasn't too painful and Nancy used her scarf to wrap it up. Nancy runs to Steve to check on him and tells her that he's fine. "Do you guys think these bats have rabies?" Robin asked as she shines her flashlight on a dead one. "What?" Steve and we look at Robin.

"It's just that rabies is one of my greatest fears and I just think we should get you guys to a hospital because once those symptoms kick in you're dead." Robin states the obvious. We look at her in silence until we hear more Demobats flying towards us. "I thought we killed those fuckers." I say getting more pissed. "We can take them." Steve says seeing as there aren't that many. We see a red flash from above and none of us wants to see what creature might come out.

"The woods." Nancy says and we all book it as fast as we could. I guess the fear of dying in another dimension really gives you an adrenaline rush. I can also bet that none of us have ever ran this fast before in our lives. Thunder and lighting is seen from above us until we make it Skull Rock. We hide between the rocks similar to what me and Eddie did before until the coast is clear.

"That was close." Robin says as we get up. "Yeah, way to close." Steve says before he nearly falls over. "Steve." Nancy says going to check on him again. "I'm fine." Steve says clearly not fine. "So the good news is I'm pretty sure wooziness is not a symptom of rabies, but I'm pretty sure if you start having hallucinations or muscle spasms or you start feeling aggressive, like you wanna punch me, let me know." Robin says as Nancy rips the bottom of her shirt to patch Steve up.

"Robin, I kinda want to punch you." Steve says not looking at her. "Sense of humor is still intact, that's a good sign." Robin says smiling. "Oh I think he's being serious." I say before pulling Robin away. I go to sit down when Eddie comes to check on my leg. "How's my little horror chick?" Eddie asked unwrapping Nancy's scarf from my leg.

"I've felt worse pain." I say smiling at him, then looking at my leg. There was a big blood spot surrounded by a ring of teeth marks. He takes off his jacket and rips both sleeves of his Hellfire Club shirt. "How's that feeling?" He asked as he ties the end of the sleeves together and wraps the entire thing around my leg. "Better, but your Hellfire shirt is ruined." I say as he helps me to get up.

"Well you're more important and now you have a piece of me with you." Eddie says, wrapping an arm around me and kissing the top of my head. I smile at his touch and I notice we aren't the only ones oozing with chemistry. You know how people say a picture paints a thousand words? Well that is how it is when Nancy finishes patching up Steve and they look at each other for a moment. I must admit that at first I wasn't the biggest fan of Nancy and Steve together, but seeing how worried they were for one another shows they might still have some feelings.
