Betrayal

Forgot to mention, Melissa and Izuku live in the same neighborhood in this story.

Izuku Midoriya awakens at the UA Dorms, a little later than usual. When he heads downstairs, he sees the class and staff arguing. Confused, he goes downstairs to see what the issue is.

Aizawa: "IZUKU!!"

He starts walk towards Izuku, before hugging him.

Aizawa: "Nezu's gonna expel you."

Izuku: "What?"

Bakugo: "Open your ears Deku! Your out you fucking traitor!"

Ochaco: "SHUT UP BAKUGO!! He's not the traitor!"

Eri: "Papa would never be evil!"

Izuku: "Traitor? What's happening?"

Nezu: "We have clear security footage of you stealing information Izuku. Get out of my school."

All-Might: "He's not leaving until we figure out what's happening!"

Nezu plays the security footage to everyone, showing Izuku stealing information from UA.

Nezu: "I've already contacted the police."

All-Might: "NO!! I won't allow it!"

Nezu: "As for you Toshinori, you must take away One For All."

All-Might: "What makes you think I will?"

Nezu: "Because then I'll have YOU arrested for working with a villian within UA."

All-Might looked at Nezu shocked, before noticing Izuku with a strand of his hair.

Izuku: "Just get it over with. Please."

All-Might: "We both know you didn't do this Young Midoriya. Don't make me do this."

Izuku: "I know. But it's better if only one person gets arrested than both of us."

All-Might reluctantly takes the hair, consuming it and getting it's power.

Ochaco: "Your serious aren't you? You don't think it could have been a villian?"

Nezu stares at Izuku, dead in the eyes.

Nezu: "It definitely was a villian."

The police arrest Izuku and set him in the back of the cruiser, leaving him there to question the UA students.

Naomosa : "I'm sorry kid. I know this wasn't you, but that Bakugo kid and any other's who don't believe you could do something worse if your not in here."

Izuku: "I understand. Thanks for believing me."

Jiro: "There's no way that Izuku did this. I don't care what anyone says or what that footages shows, that's not him in that video."

Kendo: "I've known Izuku for a year now. He never showed any signs of snapping, being greedy, or villianess intentions."

Monoma: "I've seen the hate that guy has for villainy, and the League of Villians as a whole. No money or power would make that kid fall to the darkside."

Eijiro: "I-I....The footage shows everything, but...he's my best friend. I don't know what to feel right now."

Eventually, Melissa Shield arrives at UA and looks confused at what's going on.

Melissa: "What's happening?"

Monoma: "Their arresting Midoriya for something he didn't do."

Melissa: "What!?"

Nezu: "We have video evidence of Izuku Midoriya stealing UA information at exactly 11:30 PM last night."

Melissa: "That's impossible, he was with me."

Aizawa: "Melissa! You have to show us the evidence! It may be the only thing that will keep him from being expelled."

Melissa goes to her home, and pulls up the security footage from the night before. The footage clearly shows Izuku and Melissa creating and testing gadgets in her garage..

Nezu: "Then what about our footage? How can you explain that?"

Aizawa: "Ever heard of a shape-shifting quirk?! One of the members of the League had one, and she has his blood to do it!"

Naomosa: "Then that should clear everything you accused him of."

Nezu (Annoyed): "Midoriya I apologize. Your welcomed back into UA and-"

Izuku: "No."

Everyone turns towards Izuku confused.

Izuku: "I'm not staying here. I'm done with people like you Nezu. The next time something like this happens to me or anyone else, you'll just take the easy way out of the problem. I'm leaving."

Ochaco runs up to Izuku, tears in her eyes hugging him.

Ochaco: "No! Izuku please don't go!"

Izuku looks at those that were against him, with a pissed off look.

Izuku: "I can't. Too many people who would betray me in a heartbeat. (Hugs Ochaco) I'm sorry."

Kirishima looked down, sad that he was one of the people who forces Izuku to leave. Izuku packs his things and notices Kirishima on his way out.

Izuku: "I understand Kirishima. You were just confused. I don't hold a grudge on you. Your my bro Kirishima."

Kirishima breaks down crying, hugging Izuku. Izuku pats his back and leaves.

Izuku: "I'll still be in contact with you and some others. This isn't goodbye."

Shoto: "Midoryia I'm-"

Izuku: "No. You were as quick to betray me as Nezu and the others. I don't want to see you again. (Tearing up) You were my brother."

Shoto's heart sank down, feeling stupid for not listen to his friend. Izuku goes to Toshinori, who's standing with a strand of hair.

All-Might: "I can still give you it back Young Midoriya."

Izuku hugs Toshinori.

Izuku: "No. I'll be okay. Melissa on the other hand. She would be a great 9th holder."

Toshinori smiles and hugs Izuku.

All-Might: "Still as selfless as ever. Even when the world turns it's back on you again."

Izuku: "I can take it."

Monoma: "I haven't said good things to you in the past. I don't want a great hero to go."

Izuku: "Thank you Monoma. For sticking up for me and this conversation."

He hands Monoma his phone number and the two hug. After saying the rest if his goodbyes, Izuku leaves with Melissa.
