Chapter 08 - That Day

"Let's go, hyung. I need a break, i want some fresh air" I said to yoshi hyung as we meet outside. He went closer to me and pat my shoulder.
"Why? You good?" He asked as we start walking around Yeouido. The streets are dark but the moon and streetlamps makes it beautiful. It's so familiar all of a sudden. This is where Akari and I first met. When i saved her that night and walked in this streets to brought her home.
"Half-half. Pressure a little but i'm having fun anyways"
"Take it slow, things will get better as long as you are happy doing it" he said and smile a little as he glance at me.
Yoshi hyung always has the best advice when you're confused and down. His words are very comforting and healing at the same time. I smile on his words and felt relief on my chest. It's just so hard to start planning how to manage a business because i've been wanting to build a dance studio for the kids and teens who wanted to learn dancing. I miss those times in school where we always participate in programs.
I nod and smile. "Thank you, hyung. By the way, how's your conversation with her? Is she still leaving with mashiho hyung?"
He sigh a little and nod. "She wants to. But maybe there's a way to prevent her from leaving. I have an idea"
I look at him quickly.
"How hyung?"
He looked back at me and smile. "You should be the one who needs to persuade her to stay, not me".
I sigh a little and look up as i hugged the cold breeze, closing my eyes for a second. It's not that i can't talk to her but i just don't know what to do, I'm nervous i guess. It embarrass me how I get mad back then even though i know that she's starting to like me.
"She's not mad at you, asahi too. They are both waiting for you to open up again" he said, reassuring me.
I smile and nod. "I'll persuade her i guess" I said and chuckles.
"Nice" he said excitedly and put his arm over my shoulder. "Let's have some dinner"

Akari Okamoto
I slump down on the couch as i just got home at 9pm. My cellphone rang when i started taking off my shoes. I took it and look at the screen, it's yoshi.
"Yoshi-yaaa" i called.
[Are you home already?] He asked.
I chuckled and smile. "Yep, I'm planning to rest already. I just got off to work" i said as i start walking to my room.
[Are you up for a dinner in Yeouido?]
"Are you there right now?" I asked, a little shocked as i sit down on my bed.
[Yeah, well if you're hungry, you can come] he replied, as i hear a giggle. Is that him?
"Why your dinner is so late?" I asked as i fix my things, thinking if i should go to him right now. It's not that far but i need to commute for that.
[I'm busy having fun with someone so i didn't realized that it was already late] he answered.
"Aye~ who's that someone?" I teased and chuckles on the line. Someone's in love, finally?
[If you want to know, you should come right now. We're together] he said and laughs on the other line.
"Okay fine, wait for me. Send me the address. I should eat with you since i will leave in a few days with mashi" I said and smile.
