THE KING FELT DISAPPOINTED

The chief from Ewa village came to semi land to have a brief discussion with the king;

My king, I greet you and the people of Ewa land sent their greetings too. I hope I meant you well. Yes, you meant me well I'm fine.

This morning should be special for seeing you, I hope all is well. The King said; yes the king of semi land. Our king sent me to you. Our people have seen the development in this village, you people now have a two-story building which heard was but by one of the villager sons.

And again you people now have electricity in your village, more to it the tiled road makes your community more beautiful. We heard about the gold factory which is presently run in the UK, and it was discovered by the white men who came to your village.
My king sees your new car and the building they are modern. My king your I village is no more a village is now a developed community.

The King smile, you see the chief I semi land. All thanks to our gods in this village and the white men, they are the reason for the development of our village. The need powerfully well for us before they left, and again they took some of our children to London. The chief said you don't mean it.

And also the supply of gold to our village. And again we notice your village is a centre of markets and we the people of Ewa land is known for cocoa bean. The king said yes I know; we want to collaborate with your people so that we can supply your village for sales to foreign countries.

Then the news we heard in our village is that the white men; train almost all the youth in the village; why don't you let us hire them to start the works I discuss so far with you, in our village.

The King was hungry, he called the Queen to discuss it with her. The King said what is the problem with you? I have been hungry since and you haven't brought me my food. Where is the princess I have not heard from her past few weeks, I hope everything is fine with her.

The queen said my queen she is fine; there is nothing wrong with her. She is just being indoors recently okay good call Ejalonibu for me, so I can discuss it with her. I will my king.

Not long shina and other executives were sent to see the king. The King welcomed them and told the maids to bring them palm wine to drink. Shina start the discussion and he said to the king; I want to have a brief discussion with you. Okay, you can go on.

One of the chief of ewa land came to discuss the issue of development in their village, he complain saying our village is no more a village that we now developing community. Shina and co smile because the King was right.

The King set for her wife to bring his food. The Queen heard and brought the food to him. I ask you to bring me food; is that not what I asked you; The queen brought his food. The king went to his daughter and he find out she is not there! My queen where us my farther the king asked, her mother pretend saying I haven't find her since last week. The King felt week immediately and you didn't tell me. He fainted and wbsrbidy in the palace panic as they pour water on him and gave him water ti come alive again.

The priest make incarnation and he said, my queen and the chiefs the God says the king will be well and his children will come back home soon. They children ran out of the palace because they wanted to be educated like every children going to school in the village.

The chiefs said all thanks to their gods that the king will be well. Because what shall we tell the villagers happens to the king. Don't worry the king will be here with me for like three days before he return to the palace.

The priest said to the queen;  you shall carry sacrifice to tree of our fathers at midnight for three days. And she did that for three after three days the king gets well.


He was taken to the palace, and the priest told him that if he want to enjoy his children, he should allow them to be educated there joy in getting educated the priest said as from today. Every children in the palace must go to school I don't want trouble for myself. I don't want to lose my children again.

The King sent for all her children in the palace and he told them that, every one should get ready for school tomorrow for I have realise all to study in school.

neighbouring village can meet and discuss about village economics.

In the building they have, the giant of semi land office, the youth leader office,  the transport leaders office and the head of market women.
Shina Write a letter to senior Williams telling him about transport of cocoa to their country as the people Ewa town is know for cocoa plantation.

The village keep expanding as shina and his executives finishing building the executives office which they discuss with King. They wrote on top of it. " the executives building" where the market women and the neighbouring village can meet and discuss about village economic

Hello senior Williams. This shina one I your boy who sever you in semi land.

I'm writing you this letter to push your interest in importation of cocoa plantation into your country London. Can you help us talk to chocolate company to Intatites there interest in selling  and importation of cocoa from us.

The King speaks to the priest concerning her plight can you please ask the kids if my children will return home. Yes my king they shall return him but every month you shall make sacrifice under our for Father's tree which will triggered them home. There minds will always at home here. Which will require we kill one goat every month. The King said may want the ask for done every month.

Queen ran to her sister the queen stay with him, my sister senior smith have not sent message to us yet. My daughter should have born now. Her sis said the possibility is high. Sis what should will do now. I'm worried the king has found out ejonibu is out of the palace.

Shina answers by saying I wrote a letter to the white men, who lives here with us before and the request given to me the day before yesterday was valid. Shina lead them to the palace getting there, they meant the visitors with the king waiting for the cocoa leaders from Ewa village. Shina greet the king and introduce the cocoa dealer tongue king saying this are the Ewa village representative I told you about; good you can have your seat; the king said.

Hope you are great all.  We are the cocoa leaders from Ewa land, we notice how things flourish here in your village and we have come to collaborate with you based on cocoa. We deal with cocoa in our village and we inform shina about it. He got back to us saying there are some representatives from senior Williams in Lagos coming to focus with us.

King of semi land said yes; hers they are some stood up to introduce himself. I'm ikechukun, I'm a dealer in exports and importing within here in our land to London and my second his tunde. The great them all. Senior wiliams sent me to discuss the buying of cocoa from the warehouse in your village.

I have about 29 companies I can supply cocoa to I'm Lagos. I will be pleased to work with you people of semi land always.

The cocoa dealer said I'm happy there aresuccessfulsfulful in our discussion. Thank you, my king, thank you my shina and me ikechuku we will be happy to work with you all.

The prince wrote a letter to the king telling him, he is not lost and that he only sneaks out of the village to Lagos so that he can be educated. He gave the letter to his friend, who lives in Lagos.

The prince's friend came back home with his new wife and child to visit his mother. Immediately he gets to semi land. He went to the kind and deliver the message. Inside the message was pleasant greetings and to inform his father about his latest development.


Hello! Papa, I, t's me your son. I'm sorry I sneak out of the palace not informing you. I wanted to be educated and I went to Lagos to go to scto to hool at " kings college" the white men's school. I succeeded, I went to the university too.  I spend 20 years being educated. I'm now a "Doctor" working in a hospital in Lagos. Papa, I'm now rich and with a wife and two children.

Immediately the king sent for her mother; your son is not missing. He is Lagos he sent a letter through his friend. He deliver to me now and he left. He said, he only sneak out of the palace so that he can be educated. He is now rich, with a wife and children.

But the plan I have for your son is different, he is supposed to take over my throne and get married here in our village.
The king felt sad. And her mother said, my husband, doesn't cause another havoc for yourself. It's big trouble for your health. Leave him he will come home.

A yam farmer in semi land came to the palace and tells the king;

My king my daughter has agreed to marry you. Yesterday evening I spoke to her about your plan of taking her as your newly added wife. Your daughter has agreed, to marry you, my king.

The King said; omo Lewa I have spoken to you concerning this all thus while and you just agree. Yes, my king.

The King was happy he called all his ex-wives three of them and told them about his wife which makes her the 4th wife.

The King told Ewa's father to get ready for a celebration next coming week.  Okay, my king. Before noon time, everybody In the village heard about the new wife ge king wanted to get married to.

Two of his friends were going to the dam to fetch water. And that gossip saying so Ewa will be the new wife of the King. It's because ooff of enjoymentmentntmentmentnt agrees to marry the king; because hboyfrboyfriend whohoohe dated for 6year hasn't married shd she was supposed to be the wife. Why did he leave him?

This Ewa girl is just using her beauty to scam men, she didn't have a good character, I know her very well. Why not be the king's choiceHer friend felt bad for her.

On the celebration day. Ewa was all dressed up and kept in a room in the king's palace. The kings and all the chiefs were outside the palace all sitted and the villagers sat to enjoy the moment.

The King presents Ewa's father with gifs of wine, groundout, kola nut, yam money and pavement called "head payment" for getting married to the daughter. The queens were asked to come out with a bowl of water and they brought out the bride Ewa to wash her leg as a sign they have all accepted her as na a wife in the palace.

The King sat down and watch. And all his friends are dancing in a corner. Then the king was asked to go inside to make love to her, so the villager may know if he is a virgin. The King happily took the bet and slept with her. And the king came out with a white cloth which was stained with blood showing a sign that she is virginity.
