Staring up at a sky full of stars, the world spun around her. A quarter of a bottle of Jack Daniels in her system as she giggled at absolutely nothing, listening to the two teenage boys talk through a breakup that Scott was in complete denial of. The past three days had been a lot for them, they'd all been through a lot. The school, and everything that followed it. Allison wasn't the only one in need of time to think, at least that was what Scott claimed she was doing during this "break." He preferred to call it that. No matter how much it seemed like a breakup, he refused to believe that that was what this was.

In the past two days of school being closed, their parents had grown as protective as ever. Jude had turned to a house arrest for his daughter, refusing to let her out of his sight if it posed a risk of a murderer trying to kill her again. Both of them knew what it really was, but the two chose a more oblivious approach, simply referring to it as a murderer. No names. No werewolf. No talk of an Alpha. Just the average town serial killer. Noah Stilinski's approach was similar, he had been inspired by Jude's approach, only he couldn't rely on his son staying home while he was at work, Stiles was much too mischievous for that. In desperate times, there was only one place that he'd trusted his son to go. And that was to the blonde girl's house. With jude. A man with a gun. Jude could protect his son while he tried protecting the rest of the town.

Tonight, the two of them had Kate to thank for being allowed out of the house, if not for her, the two of them would have never convinced Jude to let them see Scott and help him through such a painful breakup that he was so torn up over. At least that was what they had told the man, the guilt had to be laid on thick, it was the only way he would let them out of that door without him as a personal bodyguard.

Scott himself was concerned about being out of the house while the Alpha was running around town, unlike the two of them, he didn't get the permission of his mother, while she was at work, he had snuck out, unbeknownst to what his two friends had planned. All he knew was that they had turned up at his front door, insisting that he come with them, providing him with no further detail until they were already at lookout point, when Stiles had pulled the bottle out of his coat.

The details after that were blurry, half of a bottle of whiskey had been drunk since then, taking a larger effect on Honey and Stiles than it had on Scott. He sat on a bolder, staring at the fire they had created while the two of them had the warmth of the alcohol in their bodies.

"She's just one girl. You know, there are so many... There are so many other girls in the sea."

"Fish in the sea." Scott corrected the blabbering Stiles.
