After that day at the beach, Gun had to skip the day as he was feeling sore. I would've stayed behind if not for the meeting with the department heads and other meetings. Gun also pushed me to go to work so he could rest better. When I returned from work, I felt rather relieved to see Gun fully energized and well.

The following day when I picked him up, he was just pouting. He complained how everyone teased him for overdoing things with me. Despite all the complains, just a kiss was enough to shut him up. A kiss and a lot more where shared when we reached home.

The past few days, things seemed to come back to normal as we've been focused on our own work. The time I'd be picking him up became later as the days went on. Neither of us had to wait long for the other as we've been extremely busy.

Apart from work, I've also tried to finish everything for Gun's upcoming birthday. I wanted to take him out for a week. As this is for an entire week, I worked with the person who will act in my stead I've also coordinated with P'Jen and Jane regarding the leave just so they can prepare for Gun's absence. I haven't really told Gun about the plans as I wanted to surprise him.

As the days went on, Gun had to work on multiple outfits thus the week long request was decreased to just 3 days connected to the weekend. That means he'll have to work during his birthday and we'd have the rest of the week to ourselves. I've also invited Tay and New to join us but due to work, they'll only arrive on Friday night.

It seemed that Jane and P'Jen wanted to celebrate Gun's birthday as they also set up something for his birthday. After shift, they told me to meet up a bar, where I'll be the cake holder. I felt that the party would be rather an extravagant party as several designers and influencers would be attending.

After finishing my tasks and endorsements, I went straight to the back of the bar, where Jane has pinned for me. The music was blaring from inside the bar. It took a while for Jane to meet me at the back.

"Finally! I thought you won't come." Jane greeted. She continued when she saw my confused face. "Gun has been telling me that you don't like going to crowded places."

I nodded as I received the cake with both hands. Jane gestured to follow her. As she entered, the band transitioned from a local favorite to the birthday song. Everyone started singing for Gun, who stood in the middle of the dance floor. The people made way for Jane, who stepped aside when she was already standing in front of Gun.

"Happy Birthday, Gun." I greeted with a smile.

I held the cake for him after he blew the candle on top

"Papi, how did you know that we're here?" He whispered as pictures and videos were taken.

"I know everything about you." I whispered back.

Soon, the birthday wishes turned to requests for a kiss. Even the band chimed in. I leaned down close to his face making the room silent.

"You know you don't have to kiss me here." His face was extremely red. It was too cute.

"I want to." I pressed my lips on him making everyone cheerr and howl in jubilation.

I only released the kiss long after everyone continued with the party. He tried to catch his breath as he looked up at me.

"Why don't you enjoy your party?" I was also catching my breath. "I just need to go to the toilet." It was only then that I realized that I haven't been to the loo for quite a while.

"Let me go with you."

I nodded and took his hand. As the bar was connected to the mall, I decided to bring him where there weren't many people. As he was having a hard time catching up, I held him by the elbow as we walked up the escalator, which was already turned off.
