So, for most future stories, I am going to be removing Salem, and Cinder will take her place as the big boss of it all.
Ozpin will stay with no ties to Salem since she no longer exists.
I'm going to have to iron this entire change out with time, but yeah.
So, in place of Cinder will take be this OC.

Backstory: Decker is from a family of crime. Small time thieves, murderers. Things like that. Growing up he found he had a knack for stealing. He met Roman after he stole from him.
Since then he was apart of their "family".

Offense: 8/10 (With Semblance) Offense: 5/10 (Without)
Defense: 6/10 (With Semblance) Defense: 4/10 (Without)

Semblance: Teleportation.
Decker can teleport long and short ranges the farther he teleports the more aura it takes. Hence why he has such great control over his aura.
Decker is well versed in his semblance and applies it to combat making him a formidable fighter.
His semblance has been rumored to require line of sight to move. Which may or may not be true.
