You woke up in somewhere unfamiliar.

Sitting up in the bed, your chest slightly ached in pain. Your right eye was also covered, and your left cheek had a small white band-aid over the cut on your face.

Looking down, you saw your bandaged chest.

Your hair was also let down and swept back. It reached down to your mid-back.

You gently pulled the cover off your body and stepped out of the bed.

Opening the door, you were met with a hallway.

Raven suddenly appeared as she rounded the corner.

She had on a pair of grey jeans and a grey shirt.

"You're up..."

"Yeah."

"I was about to wake you up."

"Oh."

"How are you feeling? Any pain?"

"I'm fine. It's nothing I'm new to."

She softly nodded.

"Hey, have you made anything to eat?"

"No."

"Can I cook for you?"

"Sure. Do you want me to take off the bandage covering your right eye?"

You shrugged. "Alright."

She grabbed your hand and dragged you over to her sofa. Pushing you to sit, she'd stand above you and start removing the bandage while intentionally or unintentionally sticking her cleavage in your face, but her shirt covered it.

She tossed the bandage aside before inspecting your forehead again. The scar was above your right eyebrow, and she'd gently run her hands across the scar.

Secretly, you loved that feeling of her gentle touch on you.

"It looks good."

"Just another to the collection."

"I... I feel bad that you can say that." She said, cupping your face.

You softly chuckled.

"You're getting all sappy on me." You said before standing up. "And besides, that was my life."

Walking past Raven, you'd go to her kitchen, which was behind the sofa.

"Hey what're you cooking?"

"Do you have any pancake mix?"

"Yeah. Vernal bought it."

"Great. Can't go wrong with pancakes."

Raven got up and grabbed the pancake mix for you and took out a pan.

You'd get started.

While you prepared the pancakes, you noticed Raven staring at you.

"I can feel you staring."

"Oh... Sorry about that." She said diverting her gaze lightly blushing.

"Eh. It's fine."

You'd cook as silence ensued for around 5 minutes.

"Hey... Do you want to talk about my past?" Raven asked.

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"I want to talk to you about it..."

You had just poured the batter on the pan.

"Alright."

You walked back over and sat beside her on the sofa.
