Chapter 10 "Back to Vale" & "An Anomaly"

You walked back and went to Raven.

"You ready to leave?"

"Yes, but when we get back, you're getting a new outfit. And I'm choosing it."

"I... Okay."

"Good." She said as she'd come over to kiss you on your left cheek.

You went inside and grabbed your bag and Raven would grab her two suitcases.

A portal opened in front of her, and she put her suitcases in there and you'd put your bag through it.

"Meet you at the bottom." She spoke before disappearing.

"Oh?" You'd promptly disappear after.

Raven quickly ran as she neared the bottom aka the entrance of Vale you'd suddenly appear with wind passing through your clothes.

She landed silently before you.

"I thought I'd beat you this time."

You shrugged.

"What are we going to do about our things?"

A portal would appear beneath your things, and they'd fall into the portal and disappear.

"Where'd you send them?"

"To our home."

You smirked. "Our home?"

"Yes. Now run along, you dork."

You followed Raven as she took you to a clothing shop in Vale that you hadn't even known about.

As you stepped inside, the clerk welcome you inside.

"What can I do for you today?"

"I'm here looking for clothes for my fiancé."

'Fiancé? She's really going the whole nine yards.'

"Will the two of you need my help?"

"No, I got it."

"Alright! I'll be at the front if you need me!"

Raven took you over to a rack of clothes.

"Fiancé, eh? Really selling this thing, huh?"

"What do you mean? I like you. You like me. Simple, really."

You smiled.

"Try those on." Raven said, throwing some clothes at you.

Looking at the clothes, they were quite literally the ugliest things you have ever seen.

You looked over at Raven and could tell she was struggling to keep a straight face.

"Raven..."

"C'mon humor me. Please?"

"Uuuughhhh. Fine. You're lucky I like you so much."

Going into the changing room, you took off your Yukata and put on the stupid outfit.

You stepped out and Raven was shaking from how hard she was trying to hold in her laugh before she couldn't anymore.

You looked at her with a deadpan face. "I hate you so much. I'm leaving."

"Wait! Wait! I'm sorry. I just had to. One more. Please."

"Last one."

"Last one, I swear."

She handed you another pair of dumb-looking clothes as you reluctantly put it on just to humor her.
