"Shit!shit!shit!"alyssa cursed under her breath as she raced around her room. She's only ever been to a couple party's, and those were small birthday get togethers. She had not a clue how to dress for something like this, but atleast she could do makeup. Alyssa had always loved makeup, from the first time she saw her mom put it on. Now her mom had arthritis, and couldn't express herself like she wanted. So 3 years ago alyssa decided to try it out. She got good at the perfect lines, and shades of color after hours of YouTube videos. Now she sat in her room with a perfect face of makeup but not a single idea on what to wear. Scouring through her closet she spotted the yellow sundress she wore on her 15th birthday. It was a light golden color with little flowers and a matching necklace. It was almost 7, and celia would be here any minute. Throwing in the dress and her converse that she's had since freshman year, she raced down the stairs just in time for celia to pull up. Celia got a shiny blue jeep for her 16th birthday back in October. Yelling her goodbye, she raced out the door and hopped up into the passenger side door. "Aww that dress is adorable" celia gushed. "Gee thanks" Alyssa said, rolling her eyes. "No, I mean it's cute. It'll be perfect for tonight." Celia started the engine and they started down the street.

"Ugh, between work and keeping up with school I haven't had a chance to party in like forever" celia was doing most of the talking as they bumped down the dirt road toward the old brewery on the edge of town. The brewery had closed down years ago and had just been left sitting, so all the local teens claimed it as the "party palace". Although she'd heard of it plenty of times alyssa had never been to the palace. Sure she'd been invited but she'd never really felt the need to drink or have late nights. Now as she grew older, Alyssa wanted to start doing stuff like go to party's and sneak out. I'm that moment she decided that this summer would be her summer of firsts, starting with the party. "We have arrived at party central ladies and gentlemen!!!" Celia yelled excitedly, while pulling off the dirt road and into a makeshift spot in the grass. As Alyssa looked over at the run down structure she spotted a familiar face.
