" mommy I mad at you" Saint said as he ate some of his pancakes at the island in Da'nova's kitchen
today was his first day of preschool and the parents had decided a while ago that which ever didn't have him would go to the others house so they wouldn't miss one of the biggest steps in his childhood
they were really big on getting to see both the small and major things that happened in Saint's childhood, one because they both knew what it felt like to not have a parent around rather it was for a year or for Da'nova 15 years
in simple terms they just wanted the best for their son
" mommy I mad at you too" Da'nova mocked and Egypt playfully rolled her eyes at him
" what did I do baba?" She asked looking at Saint as Nova laughed
" you come over the other day when I not here and yesterday you with Kouture and not me"
" you was with your grandma, you see me more than her "
" sooo? it makes me mad cause you forget about me for Kouture"
" I didn't forget about you, we were talking about you"
" why?" He asked confused
" she said she wants to come over to play with you one day, oh and she's going to your school" she said and his eyes lit up but he stared at her with a straight face
he had a love hate relationship with his little ' cousin' , some days he would love to be around her and some days he would hate it because in his words she was annoying and she talked too much, even when she was annoying him he would still be around her because he didn't want her to be lonely or start crying since they were the only kids their age
" if I don't like it there can I stay here?" He asked
" nah cause you gon say youn like it just so youn gotta go" Nova said laughing
