~What A Job~

To say that my family is rich would be a complete understatement. My family is filthy rich. Many parents would spoil their children and let them have what ever they wanted at anytime. Not my parents, they make us work fr what we have and we only get big special items or surprises for holidays. They make us by everything we want with our own money and the money my parents have goes to tuition for college. One of the rules in my family is that everyone who's old enough has to get a job before they turn sixteen

Unfortunately I never got a job, I never had the time. I was always busy with basketball, tennis, school, art club and dance so I never got a chance to work....let alone look for a job. My parents were fine with it as long as I kept good grades and started a book club, so I did.

Now that we're moving and I've graduated from high school I need to find a job, my parents haven't really talked to me about working but I felt like I needed to do something while everyone was at school. So I looked at places hiring in the area we're going to be living in and I found a gas station called the DX, I put in an application and they hired me to work a two hour shift every morning.

I was only going to work a for two hours every morning because my parents bought a diner where us kids will be working on the weekends or, for me, after work. The diner is called Mickeys diner and there is a booth in the back corner decorated with everything Mickey Mouse.
