Chapter 4 - The Meetup ~ Part 1

It was just after evening had begun, and Paige rushed upstairs to her tinted blue-gray room. Sitting down at in front of her mirror, she assembled her makeup to get ready.

After about an hour wondering if she was presentable for the cast, Paige put away her makeup, and had changed into a simple yellow dress. She plucked her yellow sunglasses to complete her look, pushing them up atop her blonde strands.

As she walked out of her room, she slightly smiled to herself for some reason. Her mother halted her as she came upon the front door.

"Don't forget this!" She handed over 20 bucks.
"It's to buy you a drink, in case..."

Paige stopped to kiss her briefly before taking the money, and opening the door.

"Thanks!" She flew out of the house, only just hearing the words, "Be home by 11 sharp at the latest, alright?!"

Paige glanced again at her phone, looking at the address Sadie had texted to her.

She couldn't help but skip down the sidewalk as she made her way, weaving between others on the street, muttering "Excuse me." every now and then.

About an hour later, she arrived at what Sadie said was supposedly Millie Bobby Brown's favorite tea shop.

Taking a big breath, (and possibly checking her features once again.) Paige pushed open the tall wood-bordered doors, and headed inside. 

This was it.
