People were conversing and joking when I stepped into the meeting room. I took a step across to the far end of the long table.
I demanded, "Attention everyone, we will begin the meeting."
Everyone abruptly came to a halt and fixed their gaze on me. I was recounting how the previous mission had been a disaster, with a huge number of casualties. We must be better prepared and aware of how these monsters run and ambush in the next one. I went on and offered suggestions for tactics, procedures, and information about the beasts we had discovered on our previous journey. I believe it is best to write down what I recall about the information we gathered:
- Their heels have a few weak areas. - There are no reproductive organs - Some people are aberrant in that they go after large groups of people while ignoring tiny groups of people nearby. - The most deadly monsters to face are aberrant beasts, as they are tough to defeat. - Beasts that are taller run faster than those who are shorter.
"As you are all aware, there are other individuals in this city who we must save, such as your parents and family." I've decided to embark on yet another expedition, this time with the goal of saving everyone we can locate, rather than just gathering information. We always put the lives of our compatriots ahead of our own, no matter what the cost."
