A breath

When I was finally out of the professors sight I went to the college's café. The café was one of the only places I could go to escape.

I asked Nysha to meet me there so I could tell her what happened with the professors. I needed to know if this was normal or not, and Nysha was the only person that I could really trust.

When I got in the café the first person I saw was Nysha, before I went to her I ordered a sandwich. When I got my sandwich I went to Nysha and sat with her. She was seated near the window, so we could see all of the campus courtyard.

Me and Nysha started to talk about our classes and how we're doing. I started to tell her how I felt about my professors but I was halted by a tall figure coming towards us. It was Joshua.

"Why is he here? Was he following me?  Oh my God he is starting to get annoying and I don't even know him." I thought.

"Hey Thea, I didn't know you would be here"

"Umm.. yeah, me and Nysha decided to meet up before I go to my next class." I was nervous and I was wondering why he was here.

"Oh that's sounds nice. Can I join?" He asked with Curiosity.

"Nysha say something please. Help me out of this awkward situation. I don't want him here"

A couple of unnoticed seconds go by but I noticed them and they were silent. Nysha looked at me then she looked at Joshua and she knew instantly how I felt.

"Maybe next time Josh, me and Thea got to go to class soon." Nysha said with annoyance in her voice. Then she got up and  she signaled me to get up. I just followed her lead.

"Well I'll see you later Thea and maybe you too Nysha."

"Yeah sure" I said with uncertainty. After I said that me and Nysha walked out of the Café and we walked around campus until I had to go to my next class.

"Thank you, Nysha" I said sincerely.

"You're welcome. When I saw your face I knew we had to go. I'm just looking out for my girl."

"I'll see you later." Nysha waved at me then we went out separate ways. I had to go to physics.

Physics went by smoothly. Luckily Joshua didn't have the same class as me. I know he's trying to be nice but something about him gives me the creeps. I want to keep my distance from him.

After class I went back to my dorm only to find Nysha passed out on her bed. I guess she had a long day and she needed to rest. Once I got myself settled in I went to lay down. I needed to rest my mind from all the stuff that happen today.

This chapter is short and bad because I didn't know what to put but the next chapters are better 😭.
