"Ouch!" I exclaimed as a doctor pinched my cheek. It hurt so much!
"Ang cute naman ng batang 'yan! Maganda ka ineng pag lumaki." cooed one of the nurses. Grow up? I am already an adult. I glared at her, but she seemed unfazed and continued to gush over me.
"What do you mean? I'm already an adu-" I started to say, but was interrupted when a strange woman tightly hugged me. Following her was a man who I think is her husband.
"Baby, I'm glad you're safe. I'll sue the school for this!" The woman exclaimed in a tone filled with annoyance. Baby? Who is she pertaining to? I thought to myself,
I looked left and right to see who the old woman was talking to, before turning my gaze back at her.
When I realized it's me. My eyes widened in shock.
"How's my daughter?" The spouse of the old woman asked the Doctor while not taking his eyes off me.
What is this donkey dude looking at?
"Due to the beating, your daughter has multiple leg fractures and damage to muscles and tissues, resulting in severe pain and swelling, but she'll be fine. It will just take several weeks for the leg to heal and for your daughter to regain full mobility and strength." Upon hearing the doctor's statement, I lifted the blanket covering half of my body.
This doesn't seem right. My legs are small and covered in wounds. I also noticed that my hands are small.
Disgust is written all over my face.
'wtf is this'
"Baby, I transferred you to my amigas elementary school. It's safer there," she said as she tried to reach out to touch my cheek, but I pulled away.
Elisha? Who's that? And what elementary school?! I finished my studies a long time ago!
"Stay away from me, woman! I'm already an adult! and who the hell is Elisha?! I'm--" I was about to say my name when suddenly something sharp pierced my chest causing me to scream in pain.
"ELISHA!!" The woman and her husband shouted in unison and quickly approached me.
"Stop calling me E-Elisha, I-I'm... AHHH!!" I tried to say my name again, but I failed. The pain I felt got stronger instead. I wanted to try again, but I might die.
Doctors came to check on my leg, but they looked stupid because it wasn't my leg that were hurting.
I'm pissed.
"Who are you two!" I angrily shouted at them.
