"Not that I don't want you to tell her, but why is it so important that she knows?" Alex asked walking in behind kara
"Because I'm in love with her." Kara whispered flopping onto the couch
"YOU'RE WHAT!?" Alex yelled back
"Im in love with Lena" Kara admitted softly
"Okay well, it's your life, so if you want her to know, tell her. It's not the DEO's life it's not Jonn's life, it's not mine, it's yours, so I'll take jonn's heat, you just get your girl" Alex said nudging Kara's side sitting down next to her.
"Why do you always get in trouble because of me?" Kara asked softly, suddenly feeling a wave of guilt.
"Because you're my little sister, and that's my job. As your big sister, my job is to protect you, make you happy, make sure you know you're loved, and for no one to hurt my baby." Alex said with a laugh
"You know I'm technically older than you." Kara said turning to facing alex
"Not on this earth you aren't."
"I love you, lex"
