I woke up from my deep sleep when I was so very suddenly rocked back and forth that a pair of hands I identified as Greyson's gripped me hardly from my waist and I jolted awake.

"Sorry," he muttered and I raised my head from his chest. "Max, can you keep it steady?" He snarled and I jumped in surprise, only then noticing we were in the car. Wow, I really am a deep sleeper. And it must have then been that driving through a bump in the road is what made me wake up.

My thoughts swirled back to how I had slept through the moving and I hurriedly looked down over me. Last night before going to bed, Greyson had given me his shirt to wear. And now that I looked at myself, I was again in my dress and cardigan and I looked up at him alarmed. Luckily I didn't remove my underwear or bra before going to sleep.

He smiled shyly and shrugged. "I didn't want anyone to see you in my shirt, which barely covered your thighs," he admitted and my eyes grew wide. He just chuckled and brushed my hair to the side. "I also brushed your hair."

He's so sweet, my wolf hummed. I myself felt conflicted about the discoveries. He had seen me half-naked while I was asleep, yet aparently he didn't do anything, just dress me... And comb my hair.

"Thank you," I finally said and the small glint of worry in his grey eyes evaporated.

"You're welcome, sweetheart," he said and grinned. I giggled at his childish smile, but didn't comment on it and instead leaned my head against his shoulder again, where it had rested once before too. He held his arms around me, acting for a seatbelt. Except he felt safer than a seatbelt.

"Greyson, you wanted to get off at the center mall?" Max asked from up front and I frowned, listening into the conversation.

"Yeah, we'll go off there," Greyson answered, running his hand up and down the side of my body. I looked up at him.

"We're going shopping for you. A bit of necessities and some clothes. I don't think you'd desire wanting to spend a while in those clothes," he answered my silent question. He's right.

"But the others?" I asked and he frowned.

"Who others? The rest of the group is going to the next pack if that's what you mean. And after that they'll come and pick us and Bran and his mate up again before continuing to the next pack," he spoke.

"Oh."

"Yes. Then we have about five more packs before we will board a different plane than they will. They are heading to Australia and we are going back to England where my pack's home is located at," Greyson spoke and I looked at him in surprise.

"You're british?" He laughed and nodded. How come I didn't notice his accent?

You were busy being all starry eyed with him, my wolf snorted. I completely ignored my sometimes overly annoying wolf and came back in focus to Greyson.

"Why are we going to a different place than they?" I asked and tilted my head to side, staring at my hands in thought. Was it that much trouble to keep mates around while they searched for the Goddess' daughter? Usually males only travel and their mates stay back. Was Greyson going to drop me off at England and continue traveling the world?

"Because I want to take you home. I've spoken to my father already," he said. There was a moment of silence and then he pulled my head to face him. "Katja?" He asked, slightly worried.

I gulped. "Are you going to leave?" I croaked out and he sighed in what seemed like relief.

"No." He answered and smiled, brushing my hair back. "I don't want to, so I won't. My mother needs help with the pack anyways, it's hard dealing with it alone." It was my turn to sigh from relief and he grinned. "Were you worried?"
