Nervous questions

It had been quite a while since Sherlock and John had finally figured out they love each other and had the capability to admit it to the world.

Johns PoV
I had been receiving constant calls from my parents recently (at least 3 times a week) they wanted to know if I had a girlfriend, I still hadn't told my parents that I was gay. It's not that I was scared to tell them I just don't see them often enough for me to have a conversation like that over the phone.

"Sherlock? I....um I......" John struggled to get the words out he wasn't sure why it was so difficult, to ask I suppose he was worried Sherlock would go into shock like he did when John lost Sherlocks coat (he always wondered why he was so attached to that coat) anyway back to the story. Sherlock chuckled to himself at johns shyness "what is it Hun" John loved it when Sherlock gave him those sweet little nicknames that couples give each other. "Well I..... I Was........ I was just wondering if.......if. "if I would like to visit your parents" Sherlock smiled at Johns relieved reaction that it had been said, well technically John didn't say much but even still. "Yes. I was getting there" John chuckled. Sherlock smiled at John, his eyes boring into Johns "i'd be honoured John" John was so happy that Sherlock wanted to meet his parents he practically jumped on top of him. Sherlock lifted John up cupping his but while twirling him around playfully aroused by johns enthusiasm.
