Beatrix continued to drive as Bella kept calling her.
She ignored each call and each text knowing Bella wanted attention.
Beatrix learned over the years that Bella did the things she did to get a reaction out of people.
It was the one thing that drove Beatrix mad.
She drove to the airport with no direction or plan.
She was going to where the pull was the strongest and harder to ignore.
She looked at the road as she let driving.
There was still a sliver of her that wanted to go home but she couldn't let that take over because once that did she would be stuck.
Stuck as the woman that was trapped as something she wasn't.
She drove to the airport as she called Charlie to come pick up her car.
She grabbed her bags and walked out of her car to inside the airport.
She walked through the airport before going to the front desk.
"Hello, what can I help you with?" said the woman sitting behind the desk.
"What flights are the closest?" said Beatrix.
"Give me a moment, I'll have a look," said the woman.
Beatrix smiled as the woman looked at her computer for the next flights.
"It looks like there are two flights.
Canada in ten minutes and Tuscany, Italy in twenty minutes" the woman said.
"Ok thank you," said Beatrix before walking away.
She didn't look at signs as she let her mind guide her.
She went through everything everyone had to before going to the flight.
She had a universal ticket so she didn't have to choose where she was going.
She felt weird but it was like a type of Russian roulette but less blood-hungry and violent.
She walked for a while before sitting down at the gates of the Italy flight.
She sat with her legs up and crossed on the chair before getting up a book she had on her phone for times that she couldn't get out a book.
She read for fifteen minutes before she was allowed on the flight.
She walked through the narrow hallway before walking onto the plane.
She sat at her window seat before deleting all the notifications from bella off her phone.
She then looked out of the window with a numb expression as she contemplated everything she was doing.
She had been at home for so long that leaving to go to a country five miles away.
Minutes passed as she listen to the safety video before putting in her headphones.
She got out a book and started reading until she felt tired.
She needed to keep restricted while off her medication.
She read each word with so much concentration as she read old folklore and fairytales that were more morbid than the ones from today but that was what she enjoyed.
Suddenly her phone went off causing her to jump before grabbing her phone.
She answered it 'Hey' said Alice from the other side of the phone.
"What?" Beatrix said.
'I just wanted to tell you to stay in Italy, you'll find what you're craving there.
I can't say more than that as it makes me anxious but I know it's the best for you' Alice said.
"Ok, thanks," said Beatrix as she wondered what was the thing she craved.
She hung up before going back to her book.
She could find that thing later and when she wasn't in the sky.
