Broken hearts and new dreams (athos x Bianca)

Chapter 6

Two years later,
A rumor was sent out that Cardinal Richelieu had gotten away and was on the hunt to Kill the musketeers and King Louie. The musketeers reinforced their watch over the king and now expecting Queen. The Queen was due to give birth on the king's 21
rd birthday. The news reached Athos and Bianca and the others. They took measures to protect each other. Unfortunately one day Bianca was in town doing her weekly shopping, while she was shopping a dark figure came up behind and knocked ger unconscious and took her away. The news of her disappearance in the market place greatly alarmed the musketeers, Athos was outraged that his bride was kidnapped. He and the others went looking for her. They found Richelieu's hideout and made a plan. Porthos and Aramais posed as merchants while Athos and D'artagnan searched for Bianca. They found her unconscious and bloodied as if she had fought Richelieu and was knocked out again. Athos tenderly gathered his bride in his arms and he and D'artagnan got the heck out of there. The other musketeers followed they made plans to get revenge. Bianca was checked out and thankfully Richelieu wasn't able to have his way with her. Bad news was she had a concussion and would be unconscious for a while. Athos never left her side. He couldn't eat and got little sleep. He cried for his love. The other musketeers encouraged him to get back at Richelieu. He agreed to do it for Bianca and they got rid of Richelieu once and for all. Porthos killed him. After they returned home Athos fell asleep in the chair beside his and Bianca's bed. He dreamed of her running to his arms and him picking her up and carrying her home. He suddenly woke to the feeling of someone running their hand through his hair. Bianca was awake and she was smiling lovingly at him. He smiled back his throat thick with emotion. He gathered her in his arms and they snuggled. He told her that Richelieu was dead and they no longer needed to worry. "That is great news my love!"Bianca said proud of her husband. He kissed her and then they snuggled for the rest of the night.
