"We cant help him here, we dont have the special treatment but if we go now we could be make it worse for him and well he could not even make it to the castle from all the movement. But if we keep him here it's your last goodbyes, either way be prepared to say goodbye." The doctor said sadly.

It was Katsuki's choice once again.

Fuck, because of himself raging like a mad dog Katsuki didnt even notice the cry of help from Izuku. How could he. He was such a bad mate. Katsuki was scolding himself inside the head but right now he needed to pick a choice.

"Get him treatment, save him. Because if you dont I'll fucking stab your eyes out and make you eat them." Katsuki threatened.

Most doctors didn't mind, they were used to the young King, but right now it was a serious moment. The future queen was on the verge of dying. It was the same person Katsuki had been having dreams of for 2 years constantly. And everyone knew they couldn't help much except from looking for the mystery person that was the apparently the kings mate. It was the same person that helped their village prosper more during the time when Izuku went out and helped the villagers. It was the same person that was carrying the future heir to the throne, only now that probably wont ever happen since izuku was stabbed in the stomach.

They rushed Izuku back to the kingdom as fast as they could, but still trying to hold the wound from tearing up even more. Katsuki silently followed, to devastated from the moments that took mere minutes before.

Eijiro and Denki helped Katsuki as much as they could, comforting him by releasing there calming pheromones.

Izuku was immediately rushed into the Medic Den of the castle, most professional doctors trying to save his life.

More then 6 hours later did the doctor come out. It wasnt the first time a doctor came out, but most came out for extra materials for the surgery they were currently doing.

Katsuki was waiting outside, with Eijirp and Denki with him to comfort him, along with the couple castle worker friends Izuku made.

"Your Majest-" The Nurse started as she bowed toward Katsuki

"Is he alive?" Katsuki asked voice full of worry and tiredness.

"About that-" The Nirse continued, but was once again disturbed by Katsuki

"SO HES DEAD?" Katsuki screamed

"Wha- NO, No, he himself is fine its just... "

"WHAT?" Katsuki asked coldly

"The baby...we couldnt save it in time. It was either Izuku's life or the baby's " The nurse said sadly

"What...." katsuki silently asked

The people that came to comfort him were all shocked. The future heir was dead. Some started crying, while others just stayed silent

"I deeply apologize my lord, it was the only choice we had. I'll be leaving now to help with cleaning up" The doctor said as she bowed and went back into the room.

Katsuki was shocked to the bone. His pup was dead,and it was all because of him if he could have sa-

"Sir, please dont blame yourself it is not your fault" Eijiro broke Katsuki's thoughts as he put a comforting arm on the king's shoulder.

"I-i.." Katsuki said silently them followed by a big sob

The king was crying some very rare seen. This was the first time the king cried infront of others. But he couldnt help it, the guilt was eating him up.

How will he tell this to Izuku?

And will Izuku even wake up?
