Day 2.

The sun shot its rays through the curtains of the room. Even though it seemed so peaceful outside, the fain roars and groans from the monsters echoed. People could be heard talking in another room closeby, while the silhouette of a woman had been pacing the room waiting for him to wake up.

Sang-wook's eyes shot open, darting left and right across the room in confusion. He felt a hand on his head. Familiar hands he had felt before. Though because he was startled, he didn't think to wonder who's hands these were. He lifted his arms and wrapped his own hands around the person's neck and to his surprise, it was Do-yun.

She grabbed onto his wrists, hitting him lightly to tell him she couldn't breathe. His lip twitched slightly as he gripped tighter.

"Don't touch me." He said in a stern tone then let her go.

Do-yun fell on her knees, coughing and feeling around her neck. She knew Ji-soo would ask about the new bruises on her neck.

"What was that for?! I was just helping you!" She scoffed and stood up.

Sang-wook stood up after, stumbling still because of the wound on his head. He was striked in the head three times with a mallet and still tried walking it off as if it was nothing. Do-yun was getting annoyed of him but she could slightly understand. She watched him walk out of the room then followed behind him.

Su-yeong and Yeong-su were there, the kids he helped save earlier. The woman Do-yun and Ji-soo had encountered many days ago, Myung-sook. The old man the kids were left with, Han Du-sik and last, but not least, Hyun-soo.

"Hey, you should stay for food! I made some for all of us!" Myung-sook smiled warmly.

Sang-wook looked at everyone sitting down then looked at Hyun-soo, his lip beginning to twitch slightly. Do-yun walked in front of him then towards Hyun-soo, patting him on the head and smiling.

"He's gotten better, don't you think?" She looked at Sang-wook, clearly with no intention on making him jealous but he took it as that.

"I think.." Hyun-soo began in a slightly whisper. "I think you should stay. You need to get better.."

The man looked at Hyun-soo, then at Myung-sook. Finally, Do-yun. Her pleading eyes made him like putty in her hands. She had so much control over him and neither of them knew. He gave in finally and sat down with the rest, though he kept his distance. His distance from everybody but Do-yun. A knock was heard on the door.

"Ah, Yu-ri is here!" Do-yun said happily and went to open the door. Yu-ri appeared with a tray of snacks. She gave a small smile towards her, then at Sang-wook.

"Can I get a thank you?" She raised her eyebrow.

"She was the one that bandaged your head." Do-yun smiles.

Sang-wook looked at the two girls. He thought Do-yun had saved him, but it turned out to be a completely different person. He ignores her and looks at the food they had prepared. It definitely smelled good, but he didn't want to eat. Not in front of them, at least. Do-yun grabbed a water bottle, handing it to him.

"Drink. You need it."

"I'm fine."

"Stop being dark and mysterious for one day and just do what I say!" She whined.

He snatched the water bottle out of her hand, and opened it, taking a few sips from it then putting the cap back on and sitting it next to Do-yun. He stood up, walking towards the door and opening it. He'd had enough social interaction for one day. He'd open the door and leave, slamming it shut behind him.
