Thinking to much

The next morning, light shone through Iris's and Mei's room, but shone on Iris's face. The teen groaned as she began to wake. She sat up with her hair a rats nest, Savage and Rumble snoring on the edge of her bed. Iris smiled tiredly and looked over at Mei, who seemed to allow her top half of her body fall off the bed. Mei's head was against the bed as the tangled blankets held Mei's legs to her bed. Iris rolled her eyes and quietly got off the bed, grunting in effort as she hooked her arms under Mei's arms and shoved Mei back onto her own bed. Iris sighed in relief and watched as Mei snored louder, a snot buddle forming from Mei's nose. Iris groaned in disgust and even stuck her tongue out as she pulled back.

"Gross." Iris said before she want to her and Mei's closet, pulling out her common attire, and then grabbing her hairbrush, toothbrush and it's paste before quietly walking out. As the young girl walked, she heard fighting and looked at the creaked open door. Iris peered through and gasped softly, Nya and Kai were training in the court yard. But they way they fought made it seem like the training was just a refresher as they even dodge most attacks that Iris missed from the sneaking dummies. Iris frowned and looked away from the door, a thought forming into her mind.

'They're so cool....' Iris kept thinking as she finally found the bathroom, got changed and other stuff before collecting her things and even seeing Nya and Kai through a window. Iris frowned even more as they used their signature spinjitzu and demolished the training course. 'They're MK's real siblings, not you.' The thought came up as Iris watched them, clutching the clothing close to her chest. 'They're stronger, can fight without weapons. Heck, they even have powers!' Iris shook her head, smacking her forehead softly as she walked back to her room. "Stop, stop, stop!" Iris yelled quietly to herself before seeing she was in front of her room.

Iris sighed before opening the door and walking inside, not surprised to see Mei tangled herself even more into her comforter. Iris quietly opened the door to her closet, threw her dirty clothes to the basket before turning to Rumble and Savage, both still asleep but now on Iris's pillows. Iris sighed as she knew she couldn't go back to bed and proceeded to walk out of the room, leaving the door cracked open incase Rumble and Savage woke up before Mei. Iris shoved her hands into her cat jacket and began to walk around, she knew none of her friends and Macaque weren't awake yet or would be somewhere meditating. Sandy probably was already awake but would be on his morning run by now, Mo usually was with him so Iris couldn't even go to the therapeutic cat for entertainment.

Iris sighed again as she stopped in front of a door, turning her head as she heard grunting again. Iris looked inside and saw Redson sparring with Cole. Both were talking, but Iris noticed the weapons lined against the far wall. What was Macaque's staff doing there? But when she noticed Mei's dragon-blade next to the monkey's staff, as well as MK's, Iris wondered if Wu had asked them to put the weapons there. Probably just so no one would get hurt on accident. Iris didn't get time to question it as Redson swiped his legs to take out Coles. Causing the earth elemental to fall onto his back with a grunt. Redson quickly stood up and looked at Cole with a smirk. "That's not fair, you've had more training than me! Cole huffed with a grin as Redson only rolled his eyes whilst walking to Cole and outstretching a hand to him.

"And you could easily put me in a headlock if you were quicker on your feet." Redson said as Cole grabbed the demon's hand and was pulled back onto his feet. Cole laughed and smacked Redson's back. "Thanks." Cole said, but yelped when Redson crashed to the ground and groan. "Ooohh, sorry." Cole said as He picked up Redson easily and set the demon onto his feet, Iris had to stifle her giggles as Redson mumbled under his breath and walked out the training room through a different door. "Wha- Hey! I said I was sorry." Cole yelled with a grin and ran off after the demon. Iris waited for a few seconds before pushing the door open and walk into the room. But she stopped before stepping onto the straw floors and took off her shoes.
